We had a problem with the spout in our bathtub and reached out to Douglas for a second opinion after receiving a quote for $800 from another company. He came by for a free estimate, and was very honest with us- told us we can do it ourselves without hiring a plumber and it will cost us $25. He showed us how to do it and what hardware we would need for it. Loved his honesty when he could have made a few hundred bucks off a simple task.

Only offered appointments after normal business hours or on weekends. Made me wait four days for an appointment. Couldn't provide a definitive time only a large window. Appointment window comes and goes, he never shows up or calls. I contact him to find he forgot and he's sorry. Not good business practice in my opinion.

Friday night of Memorial Day weekend, I discovered a leaky pipe under my sink that had been leaking for days! Turns out there was a hole in the bottom of the elbow pipe. I don't know anything about plumbing so I posted a note on Yelp. I received several quotes but Potito Plumbing came in cheaper than the rest so I contacted Douglas and set up an appointment. Doug showed up on time, was exceedingly polite and professional, wore a mask (which, was extra important to my wife and I during this pandemic because we have a newborn) and finished the job in twenty minutes. The pipes are working as good as new. I'd highly recommend Douglas for your plumbing needs.
