We have hot water!!!! We called Poston & Son and the very sweet lady gave us a 10/1/21 appointment but promised if they could come sooner, they would call us. Today they were able to fit us in and came out within 30 minutes of their phone call. What a great company. The owner Josh installed the new water heater, removed the existing and was one of the nicest, most professsional and good guys we had the pleasure to deal with. It really shined a light on how other local companies treated us compared to how his company treated us. Absolutely will recommend them to everyone and will be a future customer for sure. A fantastic experience - a well run company and fantastic plumber.

The office manager (Sarah) was responsive, knowledgeable and very organized. Josh (plumber) was efficient, adaptable and the installation of the home's water filtration system was impeccable.

I also appreciate how careful they were with our time and money. Not only was their quote comparable to other local plumbers, but Josh asked for the model number of our system a week before our appt, so he could anticipate any issues and ensure that he had the right materials. That seems pretty uncommon, as other plumbers typically prefer to learn on-site and bill the homeowner for that extra time.

Where to begin? My experience could not have been worse this these guys. In addition to their total unprofessional and insulting manner:
-* Practically every single plumbing fixture leaded to due substandard workmanship which caused thousands of dollars in damage to wood floors. Hard to believe they were able to secure a plumbing license.
* failed to complete their obligations per the contract in a timely fashion
* failed to respond to numerous phone calls and voicemails by site manager or myself;
* disappearing for days and sometimes weeks at a time amount to several months delay in the total project without any communication whatsoever;
* failed to adequately protect the subject property by not turning off water when he quit; (OR INTENTIONALLY TURNING IT ON TO CAUSE FLOODING)
* failure to properly manage equipment (which I actually believe he stole) - Missing fixtures including two Kohler faucets; I actually believe they stole it;
* broken promises to complete work
* Caused significant delays in the construction of the home. Their actions or failure to act held up insulation, dry walling, and subsequent stages of development by months
* Breach of professional conduct and codes of conduct
* Intentional destruction of property by causing flooding in basement, bathrooms, etc.
* Failure to build according to plans
* Failure to building according to city codes
