I have to give this company credit where credit is due. I'm in the client service industry so it's a huge factor in who I decide to do business with. I called and left a vm at 7:30pm on a Thursday and Fran texted me within 15 mins from that vm to set up a time for Friday to come to the house. They have always returned my calls in a timely manner and have the best prices that I've seen around town. I highly HIGHLY recommend this company because they put the customer first!

I am very please with the work done by Positive Plumbing and Heating. I have used them several times within the past six months. Dan and Pat are amazing. The quality of work is exceptional.
I used them for a sewer inspection on the first home I had an accepted offer on. That inspection alone was a life safer. It was thorough beyond what most sewer inspections entail and my fiancé and I ended up walking from the house because the sewer was a nightmare. We ended up using them to snake the the sewer line in the home we now own. The job was done right and we always receive an honest and forthright assessment of the work that needs to be done.
Recently, I had them install a gas line for our grill. They did a top notch job. A sleeve was installed and buried under our new patio before the cement was poured. Once the cement dried, the flex gas line was installed and now we have a perfect set up to connect the grill exactly where we need it without the line exposed around the patio walls.
I continue to be pleased with their work. Next, I'm having them convert my fireplace to gas.

Dan and Bob are great! Got the job done. He came on a Friday night last minute and was able to get our water up and running again. No complaints here. I would call them again to do plumbing work. We called over 10 places and everyone else could no make it out for 2-4 days. They came out same day.

Tech came out to asses our roof top units for repairs or replacement. He left to get parts returned without parts and said would be back the next day with the parts. We the staff entered the building the next day internal temp was 44 degrees. The tech hadn't properly attached the panels to the unit resulting in it sucking cold air all night. Causing the other units to also run all night. The tech never showed up again. When I attempted to call no one answers the phone or returns messages. If this is how they do business I would stay far away.

When they're good, they're very very good, but when they are bad, they are ... awful. It's hard to get them to come out when you call. Their answering service is rudimentary at best, often verging on the rude. Probably you can get them in 24 hrs if you are lucky, but don't let them tell you a 'tech' will call back, because he WON'T. I've been through this routine enough to know to look elsewhere.
