When you think you can change your own shower head and end up with no shower- IT IS AN EMERGENCY - Seth was so great and came out to fix everything, and did not make me feel like a dumb woman for trying to use tools .. Very nice, professional and a great price-

Seth certainly knows his stuff. However, he is overpriced and, we were disappointed to find, does not stand by his work. The shower valve he installed moans like a cow in labor and he would only come take a look at the problem if we were to pay him his hourly rate. We found a another, less expensive contractor who is happy to get the job done right, even if it takes a few tries.

We came back from Lunch to a backed up toilet that www were unable to plunge. We found Seth and Positive Plumbing on Yelp. (Friday afternoon and a commercial building) I called the office and was told Seth would get right back to me. He was on the phone in less than 5 minutes, gave his quote and said he would be here in 60 minutes or less. 15 minutes later he was in our office with his tools. He took care of our problem within 30 minutes of our call to his office. Two plumbing contractors that work for us regularly, still hadn't gotten back to us. He did the work for the quote he gave on the phone and we now have another contractor, call Positive Plumbing our experience certainly was!

Seth from Positive Plumbing has done many jobs (some of them emergencies) for many years for us! We have had water main breaks, leaking pipes and hot water heaters and more due to the poor construction of our home by the contractor. He is the only plumber that I will ever use. He is honest, professional and always returns my calls as soon as he can. He does great work!
