We needed 4 sinks attached due to getting new countertops in 3 bathrooms. Jason was very friendly and reliable! The communication with him was excellent. His schedule was very flexible. Since both my wife and I work, we needed a plumber who could come after 4 PM without charging us extra for ""after hours"". I read some of the negative reviews here on Yelp, but I decided to call him anyways. After talking with him on the phone and after calling 5 other plumbers, I'm glad I decided to go with Positive Plumbing. Thank you, Jason!

I contacted Jason at positive plumbing when my water heater shut down because he installed a new water heater on 2/5/18. When he came out he checked the wires in the garage and at the circuit breaker box and determined it was a bad circuit breaker so i ask him to change it thinking it may cost around $100.00.
When he finished he charged $325.00. I called an electrician on Angie's list and was quoted a price of $75.00.
So if you are going to hire Jason get a price up front.

My neighbor had them come out and repair her irrigation system and she was pleased with their service, so I asked for their contact information. I had a severe leak I could not completely stop and left a message on their machine to that effect. Never got a call back and the leak continued all night. Finally got the tools I needed to do it myself.

What we thought was a bad water heater turned out to be a slab leak. We had just had a new water heater put in so it was still under warranty and this is the company Rheem sent out. Ok that was fine now we know the issue is not the water heater. So I contacted the landlord right then while the tech was here. He talked and got a number from positive for someone to come out and find where the leak was. Now we have a cool landlord and he is pretty patient on things but he could never get in contact with the leak Detective guy this company recommend. He then attempted for 3 days to get back in touch with positive Plumbing again no results no call back no messages. This company appears to not really care about customer service or is what I like to call a fly by night operation. The tech was friendly when he came out and seemed professional but they lost out on huge job which ended up being a complete re-pipe cold and hot water because they failed to get in contact after diagnosing the issue. If it was to much for them just call and tell us that's not an issue and we understand but please be professional and contact people who are trying to give you work.

What we thought was a bunk water heater turned into a slab leak. Jason was sent to us by the water heater manufacturer and I'm glad it was him. He's honest, professional, fair, and reliable. He knew over the phone exactly what was going on. He was able to resolve our issue within 24 hours and refer us to another company to help us make sure that any mold was gone and didn't continue to grow. The next time we need a plumber, we won't hesitate to call Jason of Positive Plumbing.
