Horrible company that does not take care of there customers, constantly having to call them to follow up because there technicians are not taking care of issues when they are on site. They always say they will follow up and never do, have called the past 3 days to try to schedule someone to come fix my water heater and they do not get back to me.

Work quality is good but service timing is terrible. They take in too many jobs as compared to their workforce capacity and the result is a lot of disappointment for customers

They will come out with 4 tasks to do and complete one and then leave if you are not on top of them.

Again the quality of work is good, but very unreliable company

Unfortunately, not the company they once were and their office doesn't handle matters professionally. Their most skilled plumbers have moved on. I would recommend going with another company.

Get it writing! And if at all possible, record any verbal agreements! Not only dishonest, but will gaslight you to make you feel like YOUR the one that made the mistake! Charged me almost $300 for about 30 minutes of work, and my disposal is STILL leaking!

We have used Posey in the past. Great service! We ended up calling them that we actually needed a different service. They normally charge 165.00 service call. Since they came out and let us know what we needed we were only charged 110.00. I was a little annoyed but I realized their time is just as important as my time. I appreciate the break! Thanks again Dina!!! You have our future business!

James and Tristan did a great job. My State Premier water heater failed this morning and after several plumbers wanted to sell me a new one over the phone, Posey wanted to look first. James knew the system and quickly identified a loose fitting. Service call charge only. Best yet, they arrived within two hours of calling. Kudos to all.

Just like the Michele L. review of 3/1/2018, I made an appointment about 10 days out as that was allegedly their first availability. Called them 2 days prior to confirm we were still on for the scheduled date. The lady stated "we have no record of that service call". Told her the date and time of my original call to schedule. She put me on hold then disconnected the call. She's an inept individual doing their scheduling and secretarial service. Maybe you'll have better luck but my recommendation is find a different plumber.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company completely. They are the most unprofessional and incompetent plumbers I have ever encountered. They installed a wrong faucet in my home, and caused thousands of dollars in water damage to my ceiling and hardwood floors. Now they don't wanna pay damages, and I'm being forced to resort to a legal battle to get my damages covered. HORRIBLE!! Yelp needs a zero rating for businesses like this.

Would not recommend this plumbing company to no one. I called and made an appointment...they were a week out so scheduled my appointment time with the choice of a window from 8-11 am or 1-4 pm...I chose morning window, made arrangements to be home from work only for NO ONE to show up. When I called at 11:30 am the lady said they didn't have me down...how totally incompetent! Then she had the nerve to tell me MAYBE he could come by that afternoon...really lady??? My time is just as valuable as you think yours is. I know for a fact the day and time were accurate because I had to cancel a meeting in order to be home to wait for NOTHING!
