They are not licensed to perform work. Despite their claims, if you check their license number #982419 on the contractor state license board - they have been suspending pending disciplinary action! Stay away from this company.

Set up an appointment and he never showed up, no follow up call to say why, just never showed up. Don't waste your time with this company, move on and call another plumber.

I had great experience with Dave. Called him on a Tuesday, he was available to show up first thing Wednesday morning, knocked out my plumbing repairs in less than 1 hour at a very reasonable price. In between he picked up his phone early Wednesday morning to let me know exactly what time he would be arriving so I could coordinate my own schedule. I will not hesitate to use Dave again for any plumbing repairs.

We have used Poseidon plumbing on multiple occasions and have been very impressed with their response time and finished work. We own 3 rental properties and happened to have water leaks in all of them over a 1 week period! Poseidon was able to immediately come out and fix all of the problems we had. This was very important to us and our tenants really appreciated it too. We've also had them install kitchen faucets and garbage disposals. Every time we've used them they are professional and do a great job. Would definitely recommend them. They also have good rates based on other plumbing companies we've called.

Seems like Dave likes to use truck problems as an excuse for not showing up nor having the decency to call and let the client know. (Saw another review of the exact same situation)
I waited for almost an hour and called...told me his keys got locked in the truck. Waited another hour and finally showed up. He was going to buy the part and come back the next day. Again, no show / no call. I had to call him again. He may do great work but seems he lacks customer service or common sense of courtesy to his potential clientele. There is no excuse when you don't keep your word.

Early last week, had an issue (running water with noises) with the toilet , After reviewing and seeing reviews yelp, i decided to call Poseidon for services

After the call, they came back and setup an appointment to check it out the problem, and they found out the valve and pipe might not be adjusted properly. to nail down the problem, they told me that they will do some investigation to ensure this would be the root cause. 2nd day they came back with the part (fill valve: just in case if necessary) and re-adjusted the pipe and valve. the problem went away and the issue was fixed. they even call back yesterday to ensure the problem didn't happen again, which i told them it didn't happen. All i can say is excellent service, Fantastic job. Very clean and professional. Definitely recommend the company to everyone.!

We had called him and specifically asked for the service that can record the camera work as we needed it to show the sellers of the home the damages in the drainage pipes and be able to negotiate.
Showed up with a thick camera line which couldn't even go past some of the blockage and failed to bring recording device. He said he will come back with it some other time. No follow up and won't return call.

I have never written a review for a company before, but i feel like it was necessary because Posiedon Plumbers did such a wonderful job. They were very professional and knew how to fix the problem immediately. We had a slab leak and they were able to locate and stop the leak before it created more problems. It is hard to find trustworthy plumbers these days. I have gone through a bunch and these guys know their stuff. I am so happy I have found a company that I can rely on for my future plumbing needs. Very thorough job. They installed a water filtration system for my house and were very professional and knowledgable. I learned after the fact that they used the expensive type of piping as opposed to what many of their competitors would have used. Not only that, the installer agreed that the job could be done for $50 LESS than was originally quoted. That never happens.

A similar story to others that a refrigerator installer left us hanging without completing work. My efforts to hook up resulted in a sheared copper pipe behind the wall. I called Poseidon based on Yelp reviews and was happily rewarded. Dave Miller took the call late on a holiday weekend night and sent Kevin out first thing the next morning. Not only was the repair done for a fair price but Kevin gave advice on other plumbing issues and helped keep our cost down. Mark me as a very satisfied customer!
