I needed a reliable plumber to install both a new garbage disposal and faucet within a week's time. The father and son duo, David and Jason (respectively), was able to get the job done in an fast and efficient manner. Although we were running late for our appointment with them, they were both patient to wait for me and best of all, the estimate was within my budget.

For those who want the little details, Jason was quick with responding to my Yelp quote request, Yelp messaging and e-emails. I also requested the estimate via e-mail so I would have it for my records. Within, one hour of completed service, I received an email from Jason with our receipt saying that we paid in full.

On Friday night at 8 p.m. I received a call from my tenant that said water is gushing into the street. I called David at Poseidon Plumbing and asked him if his company could check it out because the water had been turned off. David went to the property, diagnosed the problem and completed the repair (all at a reasonable price).My tenant called me to compliment Poseidon Plumbing....this says a lot because she's a Decorator and has very high expectations.

Last week my water heater was broken after 13 yrs. I called Dave to replace my water heater after I contacted several plumbers nearby. I bought a new water heater from Home Depot and the great thing is Dave and his son showed up exactly on time in the store to pick up for me to my house. My old water heater was installed in a busy corner and it was a little bit challenging for the job. But Dave and his son worked very diligently. They took away the old heater and installed the new one just about 2 hours. We got fresh hot water again. The price they offered was also pretty reasonable for the whole job. First off I want to say this is a family business!

I like that it is a family business because you get that personal attention that you do not get from one of the Franchise guys!

The second is that there prices are very fair and competitive.

The work that was done was top notch.

Our Companies name is Network Capital and will be using them again the future if we have any issues!

They are not licensed to perform work. Despite their claims, if you check their license number #982419 on the contractor state license board - they have been suspending pending disciplinary action! Stay away from this company.

Set up an appointment and he never showed up, no follow up call to say why, just never showed up. Don't waste your time with this company, move on and call another plumber.

I had great experience with Dave. Called him on a Tuesday, he was available to show up first thing Wednesday morning, knocked out my plumbing repairs in less than 1 hour at a very reasonable price. In between he picked up his phone early Wednesday morning to let me know exactly what time he would be arriving so I could coordinate my own schedule. I will not hesitate to use Dave again for any plumbing repairs.

We have used Poseidon plumbing on multiple occasions and have been very impressed with their response time and finished work. We own 3 rental properties and happened to have water leaks in all of them over a 1 week period! Poseidon was able to immediately come out and fix all of the problems we had. This was very important to us and our tenants really appreciated it too. We've also had them install kitchen faucets and garbage disposals. Every time we've used them they are professional and do a great job. Would definitely recommend them. They also have good rates based on other plumbing companies we've called.

Seems like Dave likes to use truck problems as an excuse for not showing up nor having the decency to call and let the client know. (Saw another review of the exact same situation)
I waited for almost an hour and called...told me his keys got locked in the truck. Waited another hour and finally showed up. He was going to buy the part and come back the next day. Again, no show / no call. I had to call him again. He may do great work but seems he lacks customer service or common sense of courtesy to his potential clientele. There is no excuse when you don't keep your word.

Early last week, had an issue (running water with noises) with the toilet , After reviewing and seeing reviews yelp, i decided to call Poseidon for services

After the call, they came back and setup an appointment to check it out the problem, and they found out the valve and pipe might not be adjusted properly. to nail down the problem, they told me that they will do some investigation to ensure this would be the root cause. 2nd day they came back with the part (fill valve: just in case if necessary) and re-adjusted the pipe and valve. the problem went away and the issue was fixed. they even call back yesterday to ensure the problem didn't happen again, which i told them it didn't happen. All i can say is excellent service, Fantastic job. Very clean and professional. Definitely recommend the company to everyone.!
