I had such good service with the folks at Portland Plumbing & Drain that I had to give a shout-out. I recently had my water heater break and needed it fixed right away. After calling some of the big names in town for water heaters, I decided to go with Portland Plumbing because they could schedule me right away.

Upon arrival, the plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me several options and was no pressure. I really appreciated that, I hate it when you get contractors at your doorstep and they know that they can put the screws to you and do. Anyhow, I opted to have my water heater replaced. Within a few short hours the plumber had taken out my old tank and replaced it with a new one. On top of that, he noticed that some of my water lines from the water heater were the wrong type, so he switched them to the rights ones....at NO CHARGE!

After he was finished, he cleaned up after himself. He actually left the water heater area cleaner than when he got there. I was really impressed with this company. They told me exactly what it was going to cost and they stood by it, even after doing a little extra. I highly recommend them.
