He was totally ignorant and rude to me, scheduled an appointment he arrived earlier and when I said I was gonna be 3 minutes later he started yelling on me, I would never recommend his service for anyone and everything I hear someone trying to contact a plumber in Waltham I'm gonna recommend to hire anybody except him.

I loved these guys and they were my go-to company 2001-2017. However, I am wondering if there is something wrong or if they're not in business anymore: I have been trying to reach them off and on from July to December 2018 and I have never gotten a call back. I see from other reviews that I am not the only one who is unable to reach them this year. If they are closed or not taking new jobs, I wish they would change their answering machine message and let customers know.
