When you need your septic pumped, it is usually a crisis. When I had my crisis this week, I called Portee and Sons because they are local in Heber and I figured they could help faster than the Snowflake and Show Low guys. I talked with Martha on the phone and she got me on the schedule. The owner Mark came with the pump truck the same day and pumped out all the bad stuff. He also gave me an education on the proper care and maintenance of a site septic system. He and his rig are clean and professional.
I strongly recommend Portee and Sons when your crisis comes. Be smarter than me by calling before its a crisis.

Surprising but I really leaned a lot about my septic system when getting it serviced. Person was friendly, experienced, and engaging. Answered all my questions and gave recommendations for proper system use and maintenance going forward.

Mark always comes through and has a lot of patience. twice now the septic tanks were not where they were suppose to be and it took us a day to locate. Mark came right back and took care of the inspection and pumping. I will always use Portee and Sons Pumping.
