I paid this guy $250 to install a new spigot on the back of my house last summer due to my old one freezing. Less than eight months later, the entire spigot broke and is hanging off of my house. I never had that happen in the 18 years I've owned the house and all I did was attach a garden hose to it. I asked the owner if he warrantees his work, and he said no. Two of my coworkers who fix plumbing issues in the park regularly, told me not only was I overcharged, but it was installed poorly with nothing supporting it inside. If you're thinking about having him out to fix a plumbing issue, I would think twice. It also took two emails to receive his two sentence response.
