I had the maintenance men take a look at the water heater in my condo. It had some rust and I wanted an initial opinion. Their shock and gasps told me everything I knew what was coming. They were shocked that I still had hot water. Said it had to be replaced. CHA-CHING! It's all attached to the wallet. Referred PSL Plumbing, called, made an appointment for Wednesday when I was available. They showed up right on time. Evaluated my unit and agreed that in fact that it did need to be replaced. He was fully prepared for the job at hand. He placed drop clothes on my carpet and tiles! I asked how long this takes, 2 hours. And in just under 2 hours a brand new hot water heater was in place, the rust bucket was taken away (RIP). I would highly recommend PSL Plumbing!

Back on October 15, 2018, they (PSL Plumbing) were called in by our property manager on behalf of tenants that were renting. This non-emergency service call was to attend to a bib (spigot) and valve for an outdoor water connection. It was a small job and the parts were a combined retail cost of $20. PSL Plumbing billed $177.50 for parts and labor. This service call could have been priced and completed much more reasonably if other contractors were called for competing quotes, but even on an exclusive call, with the appropriate certification, licensing and permit, the pricing should have been much less.
