I have used this awesome company several times and refer them to anyone that needs a plumber. They always go the extra mile for me and are friendly, clean, organized and great communicators. I would never use these plumbers. They were the plumbers for a family NEW home construction and there were so many things that went wrong. First they did not install the two faucets on the tubs correctly. While taking a shower the faucet on the tub blew off and water was spurting everywhere. They came and fixed one and didn't even check to see if they installed the other correctly. Assuming they did friends came over to stay and the same thing happened in the other bathroom. Also, the gasket on one of the toilets blew and flooded the bathroom. Then they had them install a home filtration system 5 months after moving in and one month later woke up in the middle of the night to gushing water flooding out of the newly installed system. After reading through the manual the homeowners figured out the system wasn't even turned on at all - it was set to bypass! The next morning they called Port Sheldon Plumbing and set up a time to come the next day. They showed up over 3 hours after the scheduled time and when asked about the system being not set to on they said Oh it was set on bypass it wasn't on.

All of these things went wrong on a system they set up themselves on a brand new home construction. Again, would never use them for anything.
