My experience with Port Plumbing & Heating was excellent I called him and had a leak in my boiler they came immediately. The technician knew exactly what the issue was and was ready to fix it.
I also asked him if he could check my toilet bowl that was running he fix that as well.
Very reasonable and professional!

OMG!!! worst plumbing company, nasty receptionist and horrible commitment, they say that they will call you early in the morning to tell you when they are coming to fix your problem and they never call!!! I called to find out if they were coming and the receptionist tells me she doesn't know if the plumber will call she said ""if he doesn't call between 9am to 4pm, he's not coming today!!"" In other words I lost money because I requested off to be here and now I have to loose another pay day. This is bull. Don't call them...

I called them New Years Day 2018, I had no heat as of 11:30 PM New Year's Eve. They sent a ""Technician"" out who charged me $375.00 plus tax for a total of $408 and change the technician told me that it was the mother board. The Technician ""John""said that he could do it that day for $1500.00 OR $750.00 the next day. He was trying to cut a deal. So I said OK for tomorrow. The Technician text me the very next day and said this was a more expensive part and it was going to cost me $900.00 rather then $750.00 I said .. NO! I located the part on-line and ordered it. Then, I chose to do some research. The YouTube person said the first thing to do is check the batteries on the thermostat. I did, I changed it... BOOM the heat works. Shame, shame on PORT HEATING !!!!!! A $3.00 item and you want to charge me upwards of $1900.00 + parts.
So I'm out for the part, plus the expedited and shipping and the service call that was a crock of malarkey!
DO NOT let this company PORT PLUMBING AND HEATING take you!!!! DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!!! By the way I called my neighbor who installed the unit not even 6 years ago and he was the one that referred me to these crooks! So he is also at fault as well Gerd Windhouser!!!! Leaving a single mom with five young children the oldest 17 and youngest 10 years old without heat to welcome in the New Year!!!
I am going ti ask for a refund for the service call, let see how it goes.

They took care of a major gas leak. Warned me it would take two days and they got the job done at a reasonable price. Nice guys too.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. BAD PEOPLE. DO NOT USE THEM.

We paid these guys for two hours of labor to do three simple tasks: Fix a leak, and improve drainage in a tub and sink. The sink did not drain. Okay.

We called them to fix it again and they claimed they needed more paid hours to do it. When we agreed, they destroyed our basement ceiling, and broke open the piping. They left and said they had to come back Saturday. Okay.

What they didn't tell us was that they had damaged the piping in the basement, and so when someone ran the tap, everything in the house was flooded.

They leave an emergency line, and when I called to complain, the owner was drunk and slurring his speech. He kept cursing.

At any rate, be smart and avoid Port Plumbing. I don't make a habit of going online to slam anyone. I have actually never even done this before. But this was not only bad service, and destruction of property, the owner came off as angry, insecure, and volatile. I can't imagine that this was the first time anyone experienced this phenomenon.

Find another plumber.
