I called port orchard Plumbing because every other Big name (reputable) plumber was my first thought.
When I called they all made an afternoon Appt. And only sent an estimater with a huge price and not willing to negotiate or even start in the job.
I called Port Orchard Plumbing and they not only responded right away but to my amazement, the Plumber took out his shovel and started right away and for a quarter of the price finished my water main leak problem within 2 hours.
Believe me they are the best and the nicest you've ever had the pleasure to work with.

Had plumber come out, briefly mentioned it's a flapper fix and said $325. By the time I can look into how much the part is ($20) he was already done. It took 2 minutes, which should absolutely not be $305 worth of labor. I never got a chance to sign or really discuss the price or agree to that cost until he was done, and it's not like I can say no I won't pay. Never would give my business to them again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Got an estimate from Port Orchard Plumbing for a malfunctioning shower faucet valve and a loose toilet flush handle. Quote was for a whopping $2,500. Unbelievable! These guys are total rip-off artists looking to cheat homeowners out of their hard-earned money if they are even the slightest bit naive about what it takes to do plumbing repairs. I called a 2nd plumber (who I trust and have worked with before) and got everything corrected and working properly for only $275. DO NOT use Port Orchard Plumbing. They are nothing short of thieves. Too bad there is no option for zero stars.

Greg from Port Orchard Plumbing came out on time to give us an estimate for some potential work. He actually diagnosed that our problem was not plumbing related and saved us a lot of money. He was friendly, helpful, and knew what he was talking about. Our experience with Port Orchard plumbing has always been good. We've had them out to our house four or five times over the last several years.
The office staff have always been helpful. I recommend them.

We've had them out a few times now for different issues at our house ranging from a clogged sink to a leak we couldn't find the cause of, so I figured it was time to drop a review. They've always been knowledgeable and polite and most of all, they clean up after themselves as if they were never there!

They've done right by us and I would recommend them without hesitation.

DO NOT USE PORT ORCHARD PLUMBING!!! THEY ARE AWFUL! If I could give these people less than one star I would!!! We had them come out to our house for an estimate for a leaking hot water valve. The two guys that showed up were clueless. They could even figure out how to take the knob off??!!! They were twisting and reaming it and finally one of them figured out it needed an alan wrench. Geez. Then they messed with it so much they made it worse; water was spraying out like a geyser!! Well that should have been my first clue. Ugh. Stupid me, scheduled them to come out to fix it. They said they would be at my house between 8am and 10am on 7/8/2020. I stayed home from work and waited, and waited and waiting. Finally, they called and said they wouldn't be out until 11-12N. Well, that never happened either. Next thing I know they ask for me to take a picture of the knob so they can see if they even had the part!!! Are they for real??!!! I've waited four hours already and NOW they aren't even sure if they have the part?!! Well, then they tell me it ""might not"" be out until after 3PM. By this time I have been waiting for over five hours and Alisha, the rude receptionist, tells me to call other plumbers to see if they can come out!!! I tell her I will call and see if I can get someone out same day and next thing I know Port Orchard Plumbing calls my husband and tells them they won't be out at all! They didn't even have the nerve or decency to call me back after I waiting all day and lost pay to stay a home waiting for them!!! What losers. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT! Do yourself a favor and just call Robison Plumbing (360-373-1700) right away like I ended up doing after waiting all day for Port Orchard Plumbing. They came out right away and fixed my faucet within minutes.

In mid-2019, I moved into a home built in 2004. After several months of dealing with two toilets that would clog at the drop of a hat (and only flushing bodily waste and toilet paper), I called POP. The office personnel were great - they were very polite and listened to me ramble trying to explain what was happening. They sent out a crew in record time, who observed all social distancing precautions, and wore masks and gloves. It turned out both toilets were pre-2004, and one had a 1/2"" vs. 3/4"" water line leading to it. Because of their age, neither toilet had any oomph behind the flush. Therefore, I arranged to have two new toilets installed.
Two plumbers came out - one for each bathroom. (Again, each observed all the necessary COVID19 precautions.) Each one took just over an hour to install ""his"" toilet, and totally cleaned up after himself.
Both toilets are functioning wonderfully, and I no longer have to keep plungers at the ready. I felt their charge was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend POP.

Not even a star. Two guys Dan and Damien came to our home to give an estimate on capping off a gas line. They wanted to go in the crawl space, but they couldn't because there was a full dresser in the closet over it that would have been hard to move so we didn't. They left an estimate of the job based on no problems because they couldn't get in the crawl space to see if there would be. They then billed us for going in the crawl space that they didn't go in. We explained it to their office several times. They were EXTREMELY rude and reversed the charges, but wouldn't do the job. Oh damn, like I would want liars in my home and trust their work. No one went in the crawl space, but there was a bill. Shady and then the office girl, rude!

These people came out and replaced a $10.00 supply faucet under the sink, charged $265.00 for less than a half hour, took advantage of an inexperienced house wife.
Then I called the office to ask why cost of the repair was exorbitant, she began by comparing thier prices to a Dr. Fees, I said well it's poor you took advantage of her she said well is there anything else I can help you with?
I said no and hung up on her!
I could have gotten on an airplane, flown to Washington bought a faucet and repaired it for less than what they charged for the "" repair"".
Stay away from this company!
