Tried to schedule an appointment and called for an estimate on a project. Was told plumber would call us back to talk through costs... Never did. Called again and skipped asking for an estimate, just made an appointment for them to come out and do the work. Plumber never showed! No call to say they couldn't make it, no apology, no explanation... Nothing. Avoid if you value your time. You shouldn't have to beg for someone to take your business.

We had a plumbing stoppage due to lawn crew destroying a clean out and plugging the drain to the street. They came late afternoon, found the problem and returned the next day early AM to rebuild the drain piping. About a week later, the toilet stopped again. They returned and ran a system through for cleaning which seemed to work. We paid a 2nd bill. problem returned in 2 weeks. They return, cleaned the whole system again and found broken plastic PVC in a 45 turn. System works fine now with NO CHARGE FOR THE 3RD TRIP. THEY STAND BY THEIR WORK!!

Scheduled an appointment for a plumber to install a new shower valve. was told they would call on Thursday with an aprox time. No call, middle of morning i called them for an update they said someone will be there later that day. 4:30 Pm call from my phone and they hung-up on me. Had my father call back, they told him they valve is not available. (My father is a plumber in the North East.) went to Home Depot The correct valve was sitting on the shelf. The owner of the company called my father back and told him if he is a plumber then install it your self. I guess they never learned customer service in 45 years.

Called and spoke with the owner on a Friday, he was travelling and told me he'd call me as soon as he got back. Nothing. I called the next day and was told I was on """"the list"""" and they would call me to come out and survey the problem. Never heard anything.

The driver of one of Port Orange Plumbing's vans gave me the middle finger as I was driving home from work today because I had the audacity to slow down before turning onto my street. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior in my opinion and it certainly doesn't make me want to do business with them.

I wish it let you give 0 stars. We have a leak in our garage they came out Friday and said they didn't have what they needed so they would be back Tuesday (ok reasonable it's a holiday weekend). Tuesday morning we heard nothing from them. We had to call them and they seemed to have forgotton about us. We had to remind them of the issue and that they were supposed to come out. Meanwhile the leak sat all weekend getting worse. My husband and I took the day off and waited around all day for them to blow us off. Apparently they have corporate contracts they are more concerned about and are prioritizing according to the lady on the phone that's why they are busy. They were supposed to call us back they never did. They were supposedly coming after lunch (again we had to call a second time). They never came or called. We called again and they informed us they didnt have time for us today. Save the headache and go somewhere else where they have customer service. Waste of our time. We have used them in the past and the work was good so this experience was extremely disappointing. No sense of urgeny and terrible customer service. Terrible.

Zero for professionalism as other reviewers have posted. When you call, nobody answers, and if you leave a message, nobody returns your call. Don't waste your time trying to get in touch with them.
