We had particles coming out of our pipes. They were there for about 15 minutes and claimed it was the faucet we had just installed a year before. They charged us $300, and we stupidly bought a new faucet which cost us $200. Same problem. These idiots don't have a clue what they are doing. Then they were jerks when we complained. Don't hire them.

TERRIBLE! Don't call these guys to unclog your drain. I called them to clear a clog in our main drain at a rental property. They said they snaked the drain 100ft and that the clog was further down (200-300ft). They also ran the camera to verify. I had another company come out and they showed me the clog at 30 ft and showed me where my main hits city sewer at 50ft. So Port City guys were snaking the city sewer well past the clog, but didn't clear the clog. They charged me almost $1,000 for nothing, and they were there for less than two hours!!!!!!! Clearly didn't know what they were doing or were taking advantage of the situation to make a quick buck.

I had a clogged overflowing toilet on a Sunday. They were very responsive and came out and tried to fix it. It looked like it was fixed but later clogged again. They came back again the next morning exactly when they said they would and resolved the issue no extra charge. It's nice to find someone who gives good service. Joe & Kyle were very nice to work with.

I had a leak from my 2nd floor bathroom down through my kitchen ceiling, a real mess. Of course, this happened on a Sunday. Monday morning, I called every plumber on google in the area and thank goodness I found Port City Plumbing & Heating. Joe (owner) answered the phone, and I gave him my sad saga, like everyone else his company is extremely busy also, but he told me he would get me in today and he did. Two very nice plumbers showed up when expected and fixed the problem (toilet). Who knew a leak from a toilet could cause so much damage to a ceiling? Long story short, this was my first dealings with Port City Plumbing & Heating and will be my go-to plumber from now on. Thank you, Joe, Trish and Dylan you are a life saver.

Emergency call for a broken drain. The one star is that they sent someone. $5000 for PVC drain repair. I agreed to the $5000, which is 100% my fault. Horrible way to get business. I would never use them again.

I've used these guys for several jobs. Most recently they did the plumbing for my bathroom reno.
They're professional, prompt, and highly skilled. I will use them again.

Never again!!!
I paid $2800 up front to be told they would do the job that week.
Three weeks later after calling the office secretary who is in only Monday Wed and Friday continuously.I was promised appointment after appointment. When they did show up it was for 20 minutes to 2 hours and told they were at the home for 5 hours. I added a kitchen sink hook up that was not tested and the next morning had no hot water and didn't drain well. I asked to have a shower valve moved 10 inches and a drain and was charged 1500$. I was verbally told a bill for 4K and payment was demanded that day by a rude telephone call from Joe's wife.
After explaining to her the job was still not complete and the kitchen sink was not working she came to my work and started screaming I was stealing from her and demanded payment. She refused to leave and said she would come to my work every day until I paid the bill even though the job was not complete. I had previously agreed to pay 2K next week and the balance a week later in anticipation that the job would be satisfactory and complete by that time. No reasoning with this woman she wanted money now!!. Well the law states differently. You would think they would know this. I had to call the police department and issue a no trespass and have her removed.Funny how when they had my up front payment it was ok for them not to show up but when I asked for 2 weeks for being ripped off it was a problem.
This is not professional behavior by any means. I never take time to write reviews but I had to this time.

We have used them before and they were responsive and did a great job. We have now been waiting for 2 weeks from our initial call and have had no service.

Port City came out to our building for about an hour (at the most) to repair a broken drain pipe. When I dared to politely question the $500+ they charged us for FOUR hours (!!!!) of labor, I got nothing but a hostile attitude and defensiveness. ""if its so easy, why didn't you guys fix it?'"", ""are you trying to say we're ripping you off?"", etc, etc Yeah, they are responsive and capable, but they will charge you $115 per hour for the time it takes them to collect the materials they require to do the job. This is a company that is five minutes away from us. Their loss. As someone that's responsible for five large buildings in the area, I definitely wouldn't call them again. Like anyone else, we were just looking for a fair price. With a $522 bill for a $300 job, we didn't find it here.

When we moved into our new store location, the toilet was broken. The handle had snapped and the gasket worn through. I called up Port City and Leanne answered right away with a calm, friendly voice. She made an appointment for the next morning. Joe arrived ready with tools in hand. Our toilet was fixed in under 30 minutes. Friendly, dressed professionally and wore a smile the whole time. I would love to pay in bitcoin!
