Chris was so helpful and friendly when I had a water situation come up and needed same day help. He is extremely professional and responsive, and made something I would have otherwise never understood feel more accessible. He was also kind enough to assist with giving me references for other service professionals he trusts in appliance repair and drain cleaning. Overall, super reasonable pricing and a really knowledgable and nice guy make Porcaro Plumbing a business I cannot recommend highly enough!

I rarely write reviews for services other than food. However, I felt compelled to acknowledge the great service that I received from Porcaro Plumbing. While living in Medford, MA, PP helped me with issues that I was having with the plumbing in my house. I called at 10AM, Chris (owner) arrived by 12pm and the issue was fixed by 1pm. They explained what the issues were, and most importantly, HOW I CAN PREVENT things like this going forward. Price was extremely fair. I recommended PP to a few people, and they all had praises. It's a no brainer: if you have any heating or plumbing issues in the Greater Boston area, call PP.

Chris has been super responsive and punctual for multiple jobs he's completed for me (gas hookup, leaky drainage, sump pump). Despite challenges he's run into, he communicates really well, is very flexible, and gets the job done fast! His prices seem reasonable and he's simply a great guy to work with. I would highly recommend him.
