I just the most rewarding experience with this company and their technician, Jason! Rented a beach house in Corolla with friends, and noticed a large amount of water coming out of a hole in the roof under the carport. Was told to contact Pop's Repairs and did. A wonderful lady took our information and said she would try to have someone come to house today. Within 30 minutes, Jason arrived. He went right to work, found the problem and corrected it in less than an hour!! Also, he was one of the most pleasant, professional and polite young men you will ever meet. I only wish there was company like this in my city.

Jim (the owner) has been very dependable, responsive, and provides great service and quality work. A definite add for your list of people to call with any problem around the house (Appliance, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical).

I have used Pop's exclusively since 2013. He has fixed toilets, drywall, exterior leak and replace our ac unit. Last fall I asked if he could do some plumbing. He replied that he could and told me when he would do the repairs. He showed up with a plumber who said that a storm was coming and he had to go home to fix his generator. He left my house with the plywood torn out and a storm coming. I called today about the ac unit that he installed not working and he stated that he would not honor the warranty because he did not own the business when he installed it and that I had not let him service the unit regularly, even though he worked on the unit last year. It is a shame, Pop's was a great company, prior to Jim buying the business. I would not recommend him any longer. It is apparent that he has a lot of business now and repeat business is not a concern.

For many years, Pop's Repairs in the OBX of NC has been the most reliable, professional and friendly company that we've relied on for our home repairs. Jim (owner) has been very responsive & knowledgeable about our home repair and remodeling issues. Pop's Repairs has fixed our appliances, fixed our plumbing leaks, repaired and replaced our deck's flashing, painted, replaced electrical GFI's, put in a new Entire home water shut-off valve in our utility room and more! They also offer after hours emergency services! It's so comforting to have this Outstanding company, Pop's Repairs in Kill Devil Hills, NC!
