Pops Family Plumbing replaced my old water heater in 2/2023 prompt and professional. So when there was an issue with my water heater due to some demolition going on in my home I called Pops to rectify the problem again on time and professional the technician was very kind and explained everything to me the cause and what had to be done very informative. I had a leaky propane pipe and Pop's plumbing took care of me. Very respectful, friendly and professional. They were quick to answer my questions over the phone and their communication was outstanding. They ran 120 feet of poly pipe from my propane tank to my home.

Receptionist was great and friendly, she was able to get Rick and Eddie to swing by in less than an hour and gave me an idea of what it would cost me which was awesome, I knew up front they weren't gonna try to up-sell me. They had the clog in our toilet fixed within 30 minutes and charged what they said they would which was super fair. I will absolutely use them again for any future issues and I recommend highly.
