Had a major emergency, initially they had no one available. While I was calling around, they called me back and said they could get someone to me but they'd need to go grab the work truck and head over. Got here immediate started tackling the problem. Answered my questions and helped save my house from flooding. Will keep for future need.

On several occasions, I have called POP's Family Plumbing and Shannon is always so cheerful and professional. She has been so helpful and the people she sends to help are amazing. Worst customer service ever and extremely insulting. Told ""Shannon"" exactly what I needed replaced (cartridges on the hot water side only), she asked for the brand which I told her and with their quarter century experience she claims to have never heard of it. She asked for photos which I sent over and then she called back a while later to let me know that she couldn't find the faucet because it's a ""cheap brand that's she's never heard of"". I was just speechless, and just responded with ""wow okay"" and cut the phone. it's easily searchable on Google and available on Amazon so not sure if she has the proper tools to search for a brand, if her years of experience hasn't helped her or if she actually made an attempt to search for it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! One of the reviews called them fraudulent too!

Pops Family Plumbing is the plumber to go to for all your plumbing needs. Professional family owned local business. Rates are very reasonable unlike other plumbing companies out there. Very friendly and knowledgeable. With their advanced tools and technology, Rick and Eddie came out and was able to locate our septic tank. Terrible service and fraudulent activity. They Charged my mothers credit card TWO times! Then the phone rep had an attitude as if she was in the wrong. They never apologized and never reached out to acknowledge their mistake. Astonishingly unprofessional.
