Receptionist was great and friendly, she was able to get Rick and Eddie to swing by in less than an hour and gave me an idea of what it would cost me which was awesome, I knew up front they weren't gonna try to up-sell me. They had the clog in our toilet fixed within 30 minutes and charged what they said they would which was super fair. I will absolutely use them again for any future issues and I recommend highly. Very Friendly and Professional, I Called on a Saturday at 12:00pm and spoke with Shannon, who requested a few photo's of facet, Rick and his Son in Law Eddie were here by 2:30. The Bathtub stem which was stuck half way in the housing unit as we were trying to fix ourselves and it would not budge, so here we were with no water in the whole house and in a real pickle They had the job completed by 3:30. Price was very great.
