Fire sprinkler backflow test failed. Called to have my fire sprinkler check valve ""fixed"". Thought it had to be repaired. He was very honest and knowledgeable. Knew the make and model off hand. I was told it probably wouldn't need parts, just cleaned. Unfortunately, he said he was not able to get me in his schedule but recommended a colleague that may be able to help. Very impressed!

I would deffinetly recommend for backflow testing. About $50 for the service.

Called James for a repair that was needed on an work backflow system. He was effecient, quick, and thorough. Since I had such a great experience with him, I also had him check my system at my home. He was awesome!

I called, gave James some info off of the notice from the utility, and he came by a few days later to do the inspection. Since the system is outside, I didn't even have to be home for it! He cleaned out one of the valves so my system would pass inspection. Great work!

Timely response, flexible scheduling, highly professional and extremely knowledgeable.

This was the backflow inspection for a recent boiler replacement. Part of converting from oil to natural gas.

He also updated me on the annual testing requirements which we were unfamiliar with and look forward scheduling our annual inspection with Pops Backflow Testing in the future!
