Chris was recommended to me by my neighbor. He was able to come by in short notice to check out a leak I had under my sink. He identified where the leak was coming from (actually it wasn't from the pipes, it was from the sink not being well sealed). He sealed the sink edges with silicone, removed something stuck in the garbage disposal and tightened the sink faucet which took care of the leak.

The whole thing took about 30 min and cost $75 (I think that may be the minimum service charge). I thought he was professional and efficient and I would recommend Chris and Popeye's Plumbing. If I need plumbing help again, I will be giving Chris a call!

WONDERFUL!! We had a broken pipe on July 4th weekend. I was fortunate enough to get Popeye Plumbing's number from my brother who had used them in the past. I called them right away. They were pleasant on the phone, and they gave me a reasonable quote. They were easy to talk to. I even sent them a picture and video of the damage and he was very compassionate and said he would be there as soon as possible. The plumber arrived promptly, he was very professional. Yelp says that 5 stars is ""woohoo! as good as it gets!"" It couldn't be a more accurate description for Popeye's Plumbing. We have used them and had both Chris and his father come out to fix problems at our house. Not only are they MUCH CHEAPER than the competition but they are also friendly and honest. We won't ever use another plumber.

Update: Chris has come out a few times now and each time he's kind, helpful and honest. I sometimes don't know how he does such a great job for so cheap! Never using another plumber!

I should have written a review for this place a long time ago, but Chris is outstanding. When we lived in Reseda we called Chris for some plumbing problems and he always respond to our needs quickly and made sure we understood everything he was doing and charged us a very fair price. We next moved to Simi Valley and when we had another plumbing problem, of course, we called Chris again. Even though it wasn't an emergency Chris came right over and took care of our problem. His prices are very reasonable and fair. He came by and took care of our problem that night. I will use Popeye's Platinum Plumbing for all my plumbing needs from here out. Popeye's Platinum Plumbing is top notch work at affordable prices. I had a leak coming from my water main line. He showed up to my house at 7:30pm - stayed till almost midnight trying to find the leak. He didnt complain once about the work being done. He's very professional and knows his stuff. After a certain point in the night it was to late to continue working. The next day he and his worker came to the house early in the morning and were able to resolve the problem in a matter of a couple hours. He even replaced my sprinkler valves with brass valves and copper. He not only saved me money from my water bill, but his pricing for the work done was very fair in my opinion. Chris is genuinely a good person who dedicates time to his craft of plumbing. I will definitely be using him for future work at my home.

If you're looking for honest, reliable, prompt and professional plumbing work done, Chris is the man! For emergency work at midnight on a Saturday (if you can find anyone) the worst time, Chris was there to take care of the problem at a reasonable price. Wow,

I called Chris Saturday morning and explained what was going on with my drains. He said he would call me back after he checked his schedule in a few minutes and he did. Chris said his brother Patrick would be at my house in 1 hour, he showed in 40 minutes came in and went to work. It was about an hour or so and he had my problem the toilet and 2 other drains fixed, Patrick showed me that they worked fine. We paid him what he quoted for the job. Simple and easy the way it should always be.

Thanks to Popeye's I have my Saturday off!!
