This guy has poor ethic. We moved into a place that he fixed a faucet in. He didn't do what the owner had wanted, and now won't return our calls to get it fixed. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Zero star!! Don't recommend Tim Pope to anyone. Tim Pope was referred to us by our home inspector, who we trust dearly. When we called to make an appointment. His assistant was unprofessional, casual, and unorganized. After we got an appt, he was a no call, no show on two occasions. When he did show up and gave us a proposal, he was horrible at return calls or texts with excuses of he was either at a wedding, on another job, or out of town. He, then, bow out of the job with on text message quoting a reason of ""it's complicated before the job started"" after we had multiple follow up questions and concerns. We love Trane products, so we thought about going with him as his pricing was reasonable. But after an unexplainable horrible experience (no call, no shows, no returns calls and text messages) with him and his company and his horribly text of ""bowing out"", we will not use him nor ever recommend him to any one.

I used Popes 2 years ago to install central air. He was neat, on time and stuck to his quote! There gave been no issues with the installed system at all. The only issue I had was that the city inspector never came out and Mr. Pope would not return my calls about that missing inspection and he never provided me my warranty documents!

Pope's estimate came in at a quarter of some other estimates from nearby places, which made me slightly apprehensive- but my call was returned quickly, very polite and personable. Showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, and showed me what had caused the problem. Even went back to the office to get the correct part - and billed me his original estimate. Very pleased, will be keeping this number on my fridge.
