Had a small main water leak running to the house. Called in on Monday am and they were onsite by noon the same day. Very nice, professional gentleman got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Cleanup up site and were very courteous. Reasonable price for the time onsite. Will call again. This was the third time calling for service. Great job.

Had a visit from Pope plumbing today, I was expecting to need a new hot water heater or at the least a repair of my pilot light to some degree. Turns out I just wasnt patient enough to get it lit myself. Alex was professional from the start, looked up my heater brand and age, informed me of common issues and what the cause could be. Luckily none of that mattered today. His honesty and detail saved me a lot of money. When it is time for a new one I will be calling Pope.

What an outstanding experience! I contacted the office and got a hold of Jennifer. She seemed genuinely concerned about our issues. Our water heater was out, a faucet that needed be replaced and we drainage problems in 2 different sinks. She sent out Mike and Alex who were very courteous and extremely professional! They got everything taken of very quickly. Considering all the work that needed be done I thought it was a reasonable price! I highly recommend this company and will use their services again!

Kevin and Mike were very professional and went above and beyond. We had water pooling in our front yard and had set an appointment to get an estimate regarding what the problem might be and the potential cost to diagnose or repair it. Kevin and Mike immediately diagnosed the problem has having to do with our sprinkler system (not plumbing, thankfully) and carefully dug up the grass over the broken valves so that I could see it myself without charging me an exorbitant fee just for showing up.

The scheduling was terrible, and if it weren't for Kevin and Mike's professionalism, I would have marked this review down more than one star for it. I called on a Monday afternoon to set an appointment time and was told that there was a "first call" appointment available for the next day with an arrival between 8a-9a, which worked perfectly for me, so I booked it. At 9am the next day, having not heard anything, I called and spoke with the same woman who set the appointment who told me that I was not set for a "first call" appointment (despite telling me she had the prior day) and that they were still at their first appointment and she had no ETA. I would not have accepted the appointment if I had been told it was not a "first call." I continued to check in every 30-45 minutes for updates (as I do work and was now missing unscheduled work due to Pope's error) and was told that they were anywhere from 20 minutes to 1 hour away at various times. Finally, around 12:45, I told the woman on the phone that if they could not be at my house in the next 30 minutes to cancel my appointment. She called me back shortly and told me they would be there in 30 minutes. Although Kevin and Mike showed up about an hour later instead, it was worth the wait because they did a great job. I would recommend Kevin and Mike, but just know that their scheduling and dispatch is terrible, which explains the other reviews complaining about no shows with this company.

Pope Plumbing is a company that works with the customer to create the best outcome. The plumber we always ask for Jason Mantooth. We have followed him through three companies. He only works with people that allow him to be honest. He is a devout man of faith which insures his honesty. Pope is a company you can trust.

They are thieves. They will turn up and defer to a pricing schedule they have on a sheet of paper that has grossly inflated prices. I was charged $500 for a little over 3 hours of work (initial price was $550) and then they wanted another $100 to deploy the metal snake down the drain pipe to clear out a clog. That's a 5 minute job and they were already there so it's not like they had to make a special trip out. Just for reference, I was given a firm price of $350 for the initial job by a plumber from Denton who would have had to travel an hour to get to my place but this person cancelled on me at the last minute.. They are con artists. Definitely dont use them in an emergency.

We had a great experience with Pope plumbing. We had a bathroom sink that kept clogging and Draino wasn't working. We called on a Monday morning and a tech was at the house within a hour. Kevin was courteous and quickly fixed the issue. We recommend them and will call them again when plumbing services are needed.

We had the best experience with Pope Plumbing. We had two defective toilets that were provided by the builder (DR Horton) in our home. Brian Young came out and evaluated the situation and gave us many options. He also checked every other possible issue that could cause our water bill to triple in cost. We decided to purchase two new toilets and get Pope Plumbing to install them. Brian and Mike (two technicians) showed up at the time that was established for the appointment. They were friendly, helpful, and went straight to work on the install. I soon discovered the type of toilets I purchased were not what we wanted. They were beyond accommodating in helping me resolve the problem. Instead of rescheduling the appointment; They followed me to Home Depot to exchange the toilets. This was above and beyond what any other company would do. Then they installed the correct toilets in a timely matter. They left everything clean and the new toilets work great. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know that needs a plumber. Thanks so much Pope Plumbing, and your wonderful technicians Brian and Mike.

Scheduling was easy, but getting them to show up was another story. My mom had a few plumbing issues. They never showed up the first time, showed up hours late the second time, and no-showed again the third time. Mom wasted hours waiting on them to fix her plumbing to no avail. I would never recommend this company!
