After no hot water for 5 days and many calls, quote requests, and 1 angry wife later, I was nearing the end of my proverbial rope when a neighbor gave me Joe's information from Pop N Go Plumbing. Let me tell you, I am so very happy that I called. Not only did Joe NOT give me a million excuses as to why they can't help me like the other places I made contact with, he even showed up that same afternoon. I was in a foul mood by the time I met him but his humor and personable customer service turned my frown upside-down. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me a quote on the spot (which was in line with my research) and less than 24 hrs later, we are back in business. No joke, he probably even saved my marriage! Thank you, Joe!

Had a leak on bathroom faucet that we couldn't shut off without cutting water supply to the whole house. We needed quick repair and called around but only one other answered the phone and said he was too busy. Called PopNGo and got service immediately. Michael replaced the faucets in both sinks and the turnoff stems under the sink. Very reasonable price. Works perfectly.

I called PopNGo for an issue with our showerhead.

The owner sent his son to the job. Was charged $160 to tell me that either the temperature valve or the entire shower installation needs to be replaced. I was told having the valve replaced may not be the actual issue but can be verified. However, the part must be replaced first to see if it would solve the problem. I declined for the time being as I am aware there might be a way for me to get the part for free from the manufacturer. Took him a while to put back the shower handle, during which, the assistant has to turn the outside water shutoff valve on and off several times. The way I see it, he wasn't very familiar with the 15 year-old fixture I have at home.

During the diagnosis, the son had his assistant turn on/off the outside water shut valve to make sure water does not come out of the pipes while the showerhead was being diagnosed. I wasn't aware the water is supposed to drip from outside so i tried to turn shut the outside valve but it was lose so I left it alone.


After the work was done, the tech and his assistant informed me that they have to charge me an additional $275 in order to fix the outside shut off valve because I caused it to get lose (and even lose the screw that holds the handle in place, even if i saw the screw in there when I saw it), even if it was already lose by the time I saw it. Also the assistant has been turning it back and forth while the son/tech was at the shower stall fixing the faucet.

Since it was already late at night and I didn't want any more argument, I went ahead and paid for the outside shutoff valve to be replaced. IMO, since nobody knows who did what, at least, in a good gesture of customer service, PopNGo should have shouldered half of the cost to replace the outside shutoff valve.

So. If you intend to use PopNGo, please make sure the water shutoff valve outside is working properply and record a video of it in perfect working order. Just wanted to share. Thanks.

We needed our toilet unclogged. We called around 10AM, it's now 11:05. They just left and our toilet is already fixed. Impressive to say the least!
