Great service from Joe and his team. I called on Friday for an issue with my storm drain and he schedule me a Sunday appointment. It's been raining heavily and the few places I called were booked for weeks.

Come to find out, my storm drain had no issues. It was just the design which was causing the overflow to the street. However, he still took the time to come out, explain the issue and any questions I had. NO CHARGE!

Called in the morning for a main sewer line clean out, Joe answered the phone personally and was here within half an hour. The price he quoted on the phone was what I paid and was about half of what the big companies charged (and I did not have to listen to any up sell of, Oh you need a new main sewer line, etc.) He also advised me that a sink I thought needed work was just fine and made a low cost suggestion to help my issue.

I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to friends and neighbors and on Nextdoor.

This is the second time we have pop n go plumbing do some work for us. This tells you how satisfied we were the first time! We couldn't be happier. Joseph goes the extra mile not just to fix the problem, but also making it look super clean. He used our bathroom and did a couple of adjustments to our toilet tank and made it better without us even asking him. He is just the best. HONEST is the best word to describe him. I'm glad I didn't have to look far and didn't have to move on to the next plumber during a stressful time after finding out about the leak coming from my upstairs level. Joe came in and looked at the source and was immediately able to figure out what was wrong. Let's not forget to also factor in the fact that not only you can trust that he knows what he is doing but also is incredibly fair at his pricing. I have called at least half a dozen plumbing companies to fix my back to back shower drainage problem and none of them seemed to have a clue on what to do. I was living without a functional shower for one whole week, and boy was I glad to call Pop N Go Plumbing and Drains where I met Joe and his professionalism.

So I live in a condo and the pipes were structured differently than most other homes. That's why other plumbers had such a difficult time trying to clear the pipes with their electrical snakes. Joe was very fair on the price and guaranteed to fix the problem, otherwise he wouldn't charge a penny. He was very knowledgeable and patient with the complicated problem, and he was able to fix the problem by snaking from my storage up to my 2nd floor unit. The entire process lasted about 3 hours, and he educated me on how to maintain my bathrooms better.

Joe is truly a plumbing expert and also a creative problem solver, I highly recommend him. He even meticulously cleaned the bathroom tiles for me after. Extremely thorough and professional with his job, he's the man!
