Knowledgeable, fair, efficient and trustworthy are just some key words that you like to hear or read about when a homeowner or a business owner is considering on who to entrust their maintenance need right away. I'm glad I didn't have to look far and didn't have to move on to the next plumber during a stressful time after finding out about the leak coming from my upstairs level. Joe came in and looked at the source and was immediately able to figure out what was wrong. Let's not forget to also factor in the fact that not only you can trust that he knows what he is doing but also is incredibly fair at his pricing. He definitely minimized my fear of being duped or suckered for a lack of better words. He was readily able to provide various solutions and pricing to the problems. I have called at least half a dozen plumbing companies to fix my back to back shower drainage problem and none of them seemed to have a clue on what to do. I was living without a functional shower for one whole week, and boy was I glad to call Pop N Go Plumbing and Drains where I met Joe and his professionalism.

So I live in a condo and the pipes were structured differently than most other homes. That's why other plumbers had such a difficult time trying to clear the pipes with their electrical snakes. Joe was very fair on the price and guaranteed to fix the problem, otherwise he wouldn't charge a penny. He was very knowledgeable and patient with the complicated problem, and he was able to fix the problem by snaking from my storage up to my 2nd floor unit. The entire process lasted about 3 hours, and he educated me on how to maintain my bathrooms better.

Joe is truly a plumbing expert and also a creative problem solver, I highly recommend him. He even meticulously cleaned the bathroom tiles for me after. Extremely thorough and professional with his job, he's the man!

I sure was lucky today. I heard evidence of a heavily-leaking water heater just before I was ready to leave the house. Lucky I was home. Found that the water valve had rusted off and water was gushing everywhere. I was unable to reach the turn-off valve so had to crimp the hose in order to stop the deluge. Lucky I had my phone with me. Lucky I was able to Google with the other hand and lucky that I saw Pop N Go had five stars. Was extremely lucky that Joe is an expert who is friendly, courteous, efficient and quick. From the time I called for help to when he finished installing a new water heater (by himself), it was less than three hours! Before he even left to get the water heater, I knew a true professional had come to my rescue. I referred him to my neighbor within minutes of meeting him. Joe (and his son, Michael) helped us out last November with the installation of two light commercial water heaters. The install went smoothly and the water heaters are working exceptionally well. The water heaters use less energy than our previous water heaters did, while providing hotter water at a lower setting. We were very happy to see the lower energy bills this winter.

Joe (and Michael) also helped clear a clogged storm drain for us. We went through this year's crazy rain season without having to worry about a flooded parking area.

Joe and Michael do great work at a reasonable price. They were on time and worked efficiently on both jobs. We also appreciate how they cleaned up after themselves. We will certainly keep them in mind for future work.

Our water heater stopped working last week so we called Jo. He and his son, Mike came out right away and fixed the problem in just a couple of hours. I really love that they always clean up after themselves, not like some plumbers I have heard of. We have referred him and his team to a number of people who have also been very pleased with their work. We will definitely continue to use them again for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

Joseph and his son Michael did a great job replacing our water heater. First assessing if the old one was still fixable by draining it out before telling us the news of needing replacement. Most other plumbing companies would probably go straight to selling us the water heater. Clean work and done in a very timely manner.

I would recommend this company to anyone. We have used them several times to unclog our toilet and to snake our line. They have jetted our pipes.
