We had a horrible experience with Poolesville plumbers, even though we never actually got them out to our house. I was recommended to them by the manufacturer of our water filtration system, Because we were having some issues with the filtration system and had no water coming to our house. The first time I spoke to them they said that they were backed up because of the freeze and would not be able to help me for two weeks. And they would call me back to set up an appointment. They never phoned back, I phoned and left a message, they never called back. I phoned and spoke to someone they said they would get back to me that day to set up an appointment the following Tuesday four days away. They never phoned back. I phoned again on Tuesday the day they were supposed to have set up an appointment with me. I spoke to someone and explained that we had been living in a house with zero water for almost 2 months at this point. They told me that was awfully silly of me but they would try and get me an appointment that day I was at work and so I missed the phone call back. When I phoned them back (20 minutes after they had called) they said the technician had left for his next appointment and would get back to us I told them to phone my boyfriend who was home and available. They never phoned back.
