I think this plumbing company is not reliable and unreachable. With the many times I have called for service, I always get the automated message, and of course, they never return your calls. Don't even bother trying the emergency after hours number, that is a joke. Just recently they all went on vacation and didnot explain that that was the reason none of the calls were being answered or serviced. So anyone using this company, don't get your hopes up for quick service.

I recently bought a house and after a month was having plumbing issues. I contacted a septic service to come out and pump it, but after 2 visits they couldn't locate the tank in my yard. He recommended I contact a plumber because some have a tool specifically for finding septic tanks.

I contacted a few local plumbers but none were equipped to find it. After calling around, I was recommended to Poole's plumbing and was told they were equipped for the job. I called and they were available the next day. Lamar arrived at the schedule time and was able to tell me a lot about my drain lines in my new house as well as the location on the tank. He recommended a local septic company and I told him they're the ones who recommended Poole's Plumbing.
