Burke Pool Service has taken care of my pool, spa and equipment for 16 years. I have been very happy with their service. They are very prompt to respond my calls and have always kept me informed as to the outcome of any service issues required. In16 years they have never missed the weekly scheduled service nor have I experienced any lack of response. I highly recommend them/

Horribly service. I love to support local business and this is why i gave them a chance to repair my spa. but ended up taking almost a week for them to come out to look at the spa. When the day finally came. The owner lied about coming out to my house. I waited all day and cleared my schedule because he couldn't give me a eta. Then after no call no show lied about coming to my house and calling. Never left a msg or anything. Then refused to come back out. Very poor customer service. No common courtesy Will never recommend.

I remember this Candace A. I do not give free estimates for spa repairs. To determine the problem with a spa, I have to pull it apart. This takes time. I have a minimum labor charge which I apply to the first hour of the repair. I give a two to three hour window for the eta, and she was not home at the time I went there. She called about a half hour after I left her house and tried to tell me she was there. She wasn't and did not want to pay the minimum labor charge, so I advised her to find another company to deal with. Sometimes you just can't please people.
