I needed to re-position the suction pipe between my skimmer basket and the pump, which meant digging a new trench, and upsizing the pipe to a 2"" pipe. I called Mike on a recommendation, and he came out, surveyed the nature of the work, and scheduled his 2-man crew to come by several days later to do the job. His guys showed up on time, completed the job in a few hours, and cleaned up after they were done. I'm very happy with the work, and would use their services again. All were very personable and the cost was a very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Here are the facts in regards to my interaction with this company:

- Mike came the next day after my call to inspect leak, charged $275, and provided an inspection report a few days later along with an estimate of repairs. I accepted the estimate for repair.
- Called Mike the next day and he told me that he would call me back to schedule as he needed to contact the diver. I didn't hear back from. Called or texted him several more times over a 10 day period.
- On the 10th day, Mike picked up the phone and told me he would contact me later that day.
- at 7pm after not hearing from him, I texted him and that if this is the way he conducts business (by not calling people back), that I did not want him to repair my pool and that I would be sure to reflect my experience on Yelp.
- Mike immediately texted me back that he is not beholden to me to do repair, and to not threaten him.
- Mike then calls me and tells me that he is not obligated to do repair and that I do not know contract law (I am actually a 25+ year practicing lawyer). He also said he will sue me for slander if I post a review (the correct term is defamation). I told him to go ahead.

Mike and his team were very helpful to me while buying my home. I hired them to inspect my pool for leaks and the integrity of the equipment during my inspection period while in escrow. They were very fairly priced, and Mike was thorough and presented me with a report on the condition of my pool along with photos and estimates for repairs and some new equipment. I highly recommend anyone in the process of buying a pool home to inspect the pool first with Mike, and I will very likely be using them to replace some equipment as well as resurface /replaster the pool in the near future!

Called this company and Michael the owner arrived very safe day, located the leak and the next day the leak was fixed and cemented as if nothing ever happened. Very professional, fast, and very well priced. They cleaned after themselves and did an overall amazing and clean job. Highly recommend.

Couldn't be happier with my choice to hire Pool Leak Inspections for my mini pool rehab. From start to finish, the communication was perfect. The recommendations made were for the betterment of my system and not for their profit. The work was clean and organized and we came in ahead of schedule and exactly on budget.if only every job was this easy. They installed new lighting, which is excellent, they fixed our hot tub which had never worked, and they installed a salt system. Everything works smoothly and efficiently. Wish I'd hired them years ago when we first bought the house. Will use them for all future pool jobs. Highly recommend. Easily five stars.

My pool cleaner recommended this company after we realized there was a broken pipe. This company was great. They came out with and did a very thorough inspection using some cool technology. After the leak was found, they broke through the stone fixed it and laid some new stone. I was worried it was going to look off but it came out perfect! I cant even tell where the job was done anymore.

Highly recommend to anyone who wants a straight forward quality job done!

I had an excellent experience with these guys! Mike and his team are fantastic. They are up front and detail all the work before anything gets done.

I ended up having two leaks in my pool / hot tub which was causing me to lose about 1 hot tub's worth of water PER DAY.

I requested a quote and was contacted shortly thereafter. Not only were they cost competitive, they provided services others didnt offer. We agreed on price and they were there a few days later (soonest available for them).

They spent about 2-3 hours and discovered the above mentioned leaks. One in the hot tub, the other in the piping between the autofiller and the pool.

They gave me a quote and a week later (due to bad weather), they were back to fix the leaks. The work was quite involved so they needed two days. Day 1 was fixing the 7 foot crack in the hot tub using specialty epoxy, rebar and matching plaster. Day two was replacing the autofiller which involved cutting concrete, taking out the old auto filler, replacing it with the new one, repiping the connection between filler and pool, and pouring color matched concrete back to make it look as clean as possible. They even matched the patterns to the existing concrete to make it look as clean as possible.

I was extremely impressed with the transparency, cost and professionalism of Mike and his team!

Should I ever doubt I have leaks in the pool again, I will reach out to them without hesitation!

Mike came over with his crew to do a pool and spa detection test. He located the problem and soon after his crew came when expected, on time, and completed a job that had many challenges, including a second leak elsewhere. I felt MIKE was very professional And responsible. It's rare these days to find people who stand by their word, and complete the job successfully as promised. I wish I could find more professionals like him and his crew.

After his team did the work, he followed up to confirm I'm satisfied with the work before invoicing for the job (again, a pro who stand behind his work). When a need came up to investigate another possible leak, he did it free of charge and gave a recommendation that made a lot of sense.
