Mike from Pool Leak Inspections was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. We noticed our pool water level was decreasing at an alarming rate. We called Pool Leak Inspections and Mike was out a day later to do a full leak detection on our pool and immediately found the source of the problem. He discussed with us our options for repair and was very thoughtful to keep our needs in mind. Once we agreed on a plan, he was out the same afternoon to fix the problem. I cannot say better things about Mike and his company, I will recommend them to anyone that needs pool repair services.

Shabaz from Pool Leak Inspections was able to come out and immediately identify where our leak was. It was a cracked elbow of the jet piping below the concrete. He was able to clearly explain to us the situation and was ready to repair it the following day. These guys use sophisticated equipment/tools to quickly and accurately find where any pool leak is and are able to begin working on them right away. We were happy to get this issue resolved within 3 days as compared to our previous pool man who advised us up to 3 weeks! Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

Mike showed up on time, with polite and proper introductions. his inspection was thorough and we set an appointment for work to be done. He applied the inspection fee to the cost of repairs. One the day of repair he and his crew arrived on time and completed the work in said time. he even came back the following day to be sure it was all running as set up. Our pool filter had low pressure and basically was not doing anything. We had one company come out and suspected it was due to a leak. I reached out to Mike and he was able to swing by within the hour to take a look at it. After running through his tests, he determined that there was no leak, but figured out the cause of the filter not working. Not only did he fix that, he came up with a solution where it would not happen again, and gave me some helpful tips about our pool. They are very professional, on time, they have respect for your time. They came to detect the pool leak. They found it even though it wasn't an easy one. They gave me a reasonable estimate and then we scheduled the repair appointment. Mike arrived on time, fixed the problem , everything went super smooth. Mike is very professional, knowledgeable, it was a pleasure working with him. It is very difficult to find good people to work with. Our pool supplies store referred us to Mike after we noticed the pool level dropping rapidly. Mike came out quickly and diagnosed the problem - the old skimmer box was leaking underneath the cement. After discussing costs, we agreed to use Mike for the job as his prices were very fair including the price for the initial leak test. In the end, we are super happy with their work. They replaced the skimmer and re-cemented everything in a little over 2 days. No more leaks, and the pool looks like it did before everything was tore up. Hopefully no more leaks, but if anything comes up, definitely going to call Mike for the job....you should too!

We suspected that our pool has leak due to losing so much water from the pool every few days. I was looking for a leak inspection and found Pool Leak Inspection from Craiglist, I called and Mike responded. With a very reasonable price, I scheduled a time with Mike to do the inspection.
He came on time and did a thorough test on my pool and found 2 leaking areas. He then sent both leak report and estimate to fix. I asked him a lot of questions about the inspection and repair warranties and also provided different scenarios to have a good understanding how the warranties be covered. Mike was very patient and took his time to answered every question I asked him. It took him few hours to fix the leaks in both areas, and he did a great job from cutting the concrete all the way to re-fill the concrete at the cutting area. Everything is nice and clean after the job is done!
