PLEAST DO NOT USE POOLHAWK!!!! HOMEOWNER BEWARE, HORRIBLE POOL SERVICE, LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU CAN NEVER GET A PERSON ON THE PHONE TO RESOLVE ISSUES, VERY SLOW RESPONSE OVER PRICED FOR WHAT YOU RECIEVE!!!! I have been a Dan Paz customer for 1+ years. I would have given them Zero stars if that was an option. They started out great but the past we have had the worst experience ever (just like many others). In addition, there are no tabs added to the floater and our cameras show no one in our backyard. no option to leave a message or a call back, just music. I bet they will be quick to respond when I ask to cancel my service! Please DO NOT USE Poolhawk WORST service ever!! POOLHAWK HAS NO ROC LICENCE....... Check the Roc page, no licence...The water sat for about 3 weeks and eventually turned green, we added a lot of chlorine to fight this but it was a loosing battle as they never communicated with us ignoring my phone calls.

Installed under horsepower output pool pump and charged me as if the pump was the manufacturer's recommended greater performance version based upon pool dimensions. Has refused to engage in retribution conversation.

I had an issue with the pump on my water feature. Dan came out on a Saturday morning to troubleshoot and correct the issue. I had called him on Friday, the day before. I have also used his company to refinish a water wall in my water feature. They did a great job both in helping to redesign and refinish the water wall.

I would not recommend Pool Hawk !! This is the most disorganized company I've hired. The work was not finished. The work was scheduled on October and I'm still having to clean in December. Hiring landscaping and different pool techs to finish their job. As you can see, the pools were not properly vacuumed after descaling. Calcium was thrown all over the backyard.

I've never written a bad review and feel reluctant, but over $1,300 later, with a pool still leaking and unsatisfactory communication for resolving and following through on the repair... I've been ripped off. I don't recommend PoolHawk.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. He is NOT a licensed contractor. He does not supply a written service agreement showing what the agreed work is and the cost and will weasel out of doing work he claims wasn't included. The paint blistered, even after he reworked a small part of it. The decking and wall were not cleaned up after he got paint on them. He took our bucket and never returned it. He partially sanded the handrail we wanted to be repainted and never finished or repainted it. He agreed to seal the edge of the pool initially but after he was paid, he said that wasn't part of the job and never returned to complete the work.

I'm a landlord with many houses and I trust Dan and PoolHawk with all my pools. He responds quickly to requests and pricing is always fair! Very knowledgeable and honest!

I'm having to take Dan Paz to small claims court for fraud. He is NOT licenced for installing solar heating for pools, tried to tell me I had 9 broken tiles and charging an additional 800.00 to repair (I knew it was false because I just had my roof repaired). I had another roofer come and take a look and he found only one (the one his brother broke while installing panels). The panel blew off withing 15 min of leaving the house causing damage to my plants/trees. Was drilling into the tile while huricane clips are the preferred method and installed a 1HP motor when at least 3 needed to pump up to the roof. Hawk pool is a scam, i canceled the job and he would not return my money.
His brother Alex (roofer) is a con too, would never recommend them to anyone. I will post the results of the small claims court case when done.
