Tremendous same day service. At 8:00 AM on the morning of May 19,2023, I woke up and soon realized that there was no hot water, so I looked on a search engine and found Pompa, and telephoned them, and they asked for my text number. They sent a text and said they'd come to my house between 11 and 5. They asked me to take a photo of the specification sticker on the front of my old water heater, and send the photo by text, so I did. At 9 AM, my cleaning lady shows up and makes me aware of massive water leakage from the old water heater, and we agree that it would be best to buy a new water heater, rather than repair the old unit. Luckily, Pompa was thinking along the same lines. Pompa showed up at 2 PM, and when I mentioned to them that it would be best to install a new unit, I asked how long it would take to obtain a new unit. They said """"We have one on our truck"""". By 3 PM it was installed. My photo of the specification sticker from the old unit told them that that unit was 19 years old, and the information enabled them to bring a new unit of similar size and specifications (40 gallons, powered by gas). The installers were nice guys. Even my cat liked them!

Danny serviced my Tankless Water Heater, which had stopped functioning, very quickly and professionally. He cleaned it from the granular debris of my defective and broken descaling filter, which I had already proceeded to exchange prior to his arrival, and then changed the flow sensor sent by the technician of the warranty department of Noritz Water Heaters after a diagnostic troubleshooting carried out remotely with me. In about less than 30 minutes Danny was able to put it back to work . He was kind and personable and gave me also advices on flashing maintenance and on my hot water recirculating pump status. I was truly impressed by his professionalism. Thank you so much for your service.

I am in the midst of retracting a review of this company from another site. Rami has been super responsive and genuine in relation to what was my frustration with a plumbing issue unrelated to his workmanship. The team did an excellent job installing a beautiful Rhee water heater. Rami and Pompa have gone way beyond in order to make me happy. I would highly recommend them if you have an issue or plumbing need.

I'm so glad we found these guys. They are experts in tankless water heaters. Our tankless water heater s in ouurr duplex were 19 years old. We tried to replace them before they quit completely. We had many plumbers look at it and wouldn't do it without tearing our house apart. We were told they don't make units like our old ones. We were told the original plumbing was wrong. We were told the building code had changed. These guys said all the same things but that they could do the job without tearing our house apart. They missed an appointment due to an emergency so they came to look at the job on a Sunday. We got their bid on Monday and they replaced both units by 6 PM Wednesday. Our hot water is back and it gets to the faucet faster than ever. They fixed any original issues. And their price was below the others that didn't seem to understand our project. When the building code changes you don't have to rebuild your house to replace an appliance. When you replace a light switch or a lamp you don't have to rewire your house.
