I needed to get some work done at my house I called Pomona Valley Plumbing and talked to Rob he was very professional did an amazing job at a reasonable price. Thank you Rob

I've had Robert and Robert come out to my house on different days. Each time very professional and done correctly with a warranty on parts and service. Trustworthy and always on time.

Had a huge leak in our bathroom and was recommended I call Pomona Valley from a family member and they didn't disappoint. They came right away and were professional and extremely affordable. I will be recommending this company to everyone

Had a back up in my entire house back up and it wasn't the first time. A crew came next day. Quoted an extremely fair price. (I had already quoted this repair prior as this problem had been on going and bandaid repairs had been done in the past) crew replaced the entire main line to the city with minimal damage to my yard and completed the job within 1.5 days. Highly recommend and loved that they didn't try to up-sale me while they were out. A few things were noted to watch for in the future but I felt zero pressure to do anything but what was required. Highly recommend! Well trained staff and excellent management who communicated with us through the process.

I had a minor leak under my kitchen sink, I called Pomona Valley Plumbing and they were able to come two days later when I knew I'd be home. Quick, quality service at a reasonable price. I won't hesitate to call this company again!

They are a ripoff company. I was charged for coming on Saturday $285. The plumber give me an estimate for $1200 to fix a very small problem I had, for disconnecting and rerouting a 2' line, for tank less water heater.

Had Pomona Valley Plumbing come out for a tankless water heater replacement. Called them on Wednesday night and they came promptly on Thursday morning. Robert C. and Jordan were very polite, professional and did not pressure us into making a decision or try to upsell. The process was better than we could have hoped for and the price for service was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for their plumbing and HVAC services.

Our toilet was leaking into the downstairs ceiling. Marcio did a great job communicating the issue and speaking to the insurance company to get it done right away instead of another day. Total job took a couple hours and I was shown what the problem was and what it looked like after it was corrected and finished. No more leaky toilet!

I called this business to arrange for some light plumbing work. I spoke to someone who said that they would be out to my house between 12-2 PM. Of course they showed up right at 2 PM. I had advised the person over the phone that I had a drippy faucet upstairs and two frozen water supply valves under the kitchen sink. I made sure to have new hot and cold valves for the faucet and figured they would have the water supply valves on their truck. Instead, my wife mentioned that the drain in the kitchen was slow and the job, along with the price went up to almost $900! I spoke to the plumber who was talking about snaking the drain but tried to convince my wife that it would be better to have the drain ""jetted"". This, along with the work I had originally sought to have done would have been $875.
When I told them to just do the work I had described over the phone, they said they would not be able to do the work because they didn't have the time or the water supply valves on their truck! On top of that, the plumbers tracked mud into my house and left my wife with having to clean the wood floors. I cannot recommend this type of fly by night operation.

Plumbers David Vargas and Gage Young did a professional, clean installation for replacing a twenty year old tank water heater with a new one and bringing everything up to current code. Thank you!
