Terrence has been a true angel in our lives. When searching for a plumber to take on our pretty extensive laundry project, he was the first person I called after seeing his awesome reviews on yelp. As it turns out, he had just spent time with a mutual friend and learned that my partner was in his final weeks after a grueling journey with terminal cancer. Terrence offered to step in and generously donate his time without even knowing us. He did an incredible job with out plumbing, our girls now have a budding friendship, and we plan to stay connected. Finding trade professionals on the Big Island that handle emergency service calls is difficult. As snowbirds, we were gone during the fires that hit Kohala Ranch. When we returned on Island we came home to a cracked main spewing water. I called Terrence at 10:00 am, we shut off the water at the meter and he added us to his schedule for that afternoon. He showed up on time and with a happy attitude fixed the main line, tested everything and had us back up and running in an hour. We were able to text him pictures of the problem in advance and he communicated well with us on timing and such. The emergency call out rate for our repair was fair, and we are very pleased with how he took care of us. Mahalo, Terrence!!

When shutting off the water for the bathroom, one of the old galvanized pipes blew under the slab of the house. We needed help fast and called Terence. He showed up quick, made an assessment, and helped me turn off the water coming into the property. The next day he started cutting into the slab to find the break. And he did. He quickly rerouted the plumbing bypassing the old galvanized piping and putting in new copper. It worked like a charm. What blew me away was the fact that Terence took such great care in making sure he left the place like he found it. He hauled off the bigger, concrete rocks, re-buried the old galvanized pipe And swept up. I couldn't of asked for a better man for the job. Terence is amazing. As we move forward replacing some of the older plumbing in the house, I'll be reaching out to him. Terence is the man. Mahalo piha

My 96 year old moms bathtub faucet stopped working. I contacted Terrance and he immediately responded and scheduled an appointment. He arrived on time and was able to replace the bathtub fixtures. He was professional and courteous and takes pride in his work. The main thing was that the tub and fixtures worked perfectly and mom was happy!!! I'll definitely call Terrance again if I need anymore plumbing repair work.

I reviewed many plumbers before I made my selection and most of the complaints were centered around the plumber not showing up as scheduled or delaying service or not answering the phone. None of these problems occurred with Terrance. He answered the phone, asked about the problem and setup a meeting. He only needed one day to gather the supplies and the job was completed the very next day. We are very satisfied with his work and his friendly demeanor. We would not hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to a friend.

Terrence responded quickly to both of my Yelp inquiries back in January 2023 and this week, July 2023. In January, he was able to buy and replace our kitchen faucet. He did an awesome job and was efficient. Today, he was able to replace the toilet, shower head, and bathroom sink faucet. He is friendly and communicates well. We are happy with the services. Everything looks good and works well. Highly recommend Terrence. We will definitely use his services again if we ever need it.

He replaced our shower and faucet fixtures that had not been working. He was pleasant, cleaned the area and most importantly, everything works. Communication was good and work looks solid.
