Terrence responded quickly to both of my Yelp inquiries back in January 2023 and this week, July 2023. In January, he was able to buy and replace our kitchen faucet. He did an awesome job and was efficient. Today, he was able to replace the toilet, shower head, and bathroom sink faucet. He is friendly and communicates well. We are happy with the services. Everything looks good and works well. Highly recommend Terrence. We will definitely use his services again if we ever need it.

Terrence responded quickly to my Yelp inquiry and we scheduled an appointment after receiving a quote. Terrence was late, but he did text to communicate that. He replaced our shower and faucet fixtures that had not been working. He was pleasant, cleaned the area and most importantly, everything works. Communication was good and work looks solid.

We were very disappointed in our experience with this plumber. He told us he guaranteed his work for a year and would returned without charge to fix any problems. However, he became angry due to unforseen delays in the shipping of products and left us without a toilet for 2 days. We have only 1 bathroom so this was a major problem. When we called to see why he hadn't shown up to put the toilet back in, he told us he was out of town and to call someone else and pay them $100. Since I had recently paid him $1000 in advance that he had asked for we felt stranded. We found someone else to complete the job we had hired him to do and he kept the money. I would not trust him to begin a job without a written job proposal.

I contacted him after the first plumber I contacted didn't follow through. He replied immediately and made time to do my repair between other jobs. He worked quickly, cleaned up the work area charged me fairly. I will definitely call him if I need a repair again and highly recommend him.

I am so very grateful to have found Pomaika'i Plumbing & Repair. I was inially impressed with the beautiful work displayed on the photo gallery here. Then when I made contact with the owner Terrence he provided great customer service! Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He kept in touch with me while he went to check on my dad's house for a potential leak, and then provided a summary and photo. I am very appreciative of his communication and service provided - I am going to use him for all future jobs and will also recommend him to my friends and famliy - Mahalo!

Terrence saved me on a busy Thanksgiving weekend! A leaky and cracked main was soaking the front of my house outside. I sent Terrence a message late thanksgiving night and he got back to me right away to try to get me on the schedule before the weekend. Communication was great and he lined up a time early the following afternoon and was even able to get there earlier than expected to take a look at what was going on. His work looks super clean and fixed up some known issues with that same pipe to hopefully save me some future headaches. I will definitely be calling Terrence the next time I need any plumbing work, emergency or otherwise! Mahalos Terrence!

Excellent and quick service! Terrence came over to assess the problem the day after we called. We had a kitchen sink that leaked into the under cabinet, and the bathroom faucet handles leaked. He got the parts and fixed it really quick. He's great!
