Had a pinhole in the pipe leading up to the house, which was leaking water onto the streets and lawn. Love this husband and wife team! The wife was awesome answeirng my calls and trying to schedule her husband and team out the same day to help me even though I had cancelled initially because we decided to go through home warranty first. Big mistake...the guy home warranty didn't seem like he knew what he was doing and they ended up not covering for plumbing work outside of the house. Anyway, the wife is so sweet and answers the phones or calls you right back. The husband was really professional and super sweet. They didn't try to overcharge me like the other company did when I asked how much it would be to fix without the home warranty. The Polsgrove's are honest people and I highly recommend them. I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs!

Great experience with this company. Mr. Polsgrove came and fixed my master bath toilet and replaced the guts in the tank at a reasonable price. He cleaned and left my bathroom as if no mess had ever been made. Making the appointment was easy and even though they almost had to reschedule, the customer service mrs Polsgrove offered was great.

Wanted to give Polsgrove Plumbing a HUGE shout out! They came to my house today and did some work and fixed a problem that another company quoted me for $8300 which it only turned out to be a $500 fix. They were very professional, thorough and polite. I highly recommend them. If it wasn't for my wife I was going to have the other company do the work which I don't want to name. Polsgrove are honest people who do not take advantage of their customers. I will recommend to everyone I know.


I'm smoking some ribs early tomorrow and dropping it off to their place of business as a token of appreciation for they great work!

In February, we noticed that we had a significant amount of water collecting around our water meter pit. We called the local utility. They came out, inspected and told us there was no leak...they said it had something to do with "overflow" into the meter pit. Since we saw no increase in water usage, we accepted their explanation. Last month before Thanksgiving we noticed the water again, but this time, we could see it bubbling through the bricks in our sidewalk. We called the utility. They came out three times, and offered three different explanations. Ultimately, the conclusion was that the leak was our responsibility.

We called a number of plumbers. None wanted to handle it. Ultimately, we called Humphreys Plumbing on a recommendation from our electrician. Robert Humphreys answered the phone and walked me through the situation. Unfortunately they were very busy and asked if they could refer us to Polsgrove.

From our first contact, we were impressed. The lady answering the phone was professional and friendly. They said they would call before coming out and they did.

Our plumbers were terrific. They worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. They did not seem to kind a nosy homeowner (me) looking over their shoulder. They explained everything. The work was completed, tested, and guaranteed for 90 days. The guys had a great sense of humor and I would not hesitate to call on them again. And the cost was much less than I would have guessed it would be.

We've dealt with many service people over the years and like everybody, our experiences have been a mixed bag. Our experience with Polsgrove was entirely positive and we would use them again the next time we have a problem. Thank you!

I purchased a home in Houston earlier this year. This was not a new home so I knew the plumbing system would have to be inspected and brought up to a good working condition. I contacted Russ Polsgrove of Polsgrove Plumbling for an inspection and a quote on updating or bringing the system to a good working condition. This young man took what was a very stressful situation for me and just took over, he was fair, honest and just wonderful to work with. I called him again last month, the water heater was working just fine but I knew (from the inspection report) the water was old and would eventually need to be replaced. I had Polsgrove Plumbing replace that water heater, I did not want to wait for any problems to come up once those cold winter days come around. Thank you, Russ and Crissy - you were a joy to work with!!! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a great plumber too!

I already reviewed Polsgrove a year ago, but after this week, they deserved another. We had a pipe leak within our wall that we found out about after we had the flooring guys come to replace warped boards we'd thought had been warped by spilling something on it. When the flooring guys started taking up the flooring, we found water everywhere. Turns out, there was a pipe leaking in the wall. We lost all of our bedroom flooring and had significant water damage - and a leaking pipe - we'd find out - that was *underneath* the foundation of our house.

Polsgrove came out immediately. They spent their entire morning stopping the leak since that part was an emergency. Less than 48 hours later they fit us into the schedule and spent two days re-routing all our plumbing to fix the issue, prevent it from happening again and bring the plumbing up to code. TOP NOTCH.

I have toilet leaking & I already bought the whole kit inside the tank & they told me have to rebuild inside the tank without let me know how much is cost, after the job done they told me $218 that included the service + trip charge that was shocked me with 45 mins repair, usually other plumbing guy only charge you the trip charge only if you're not decide to use them but if you used their service they re not going to charge you both, they saw I have the kit in the tank already they decide to give me $20 off after 10 mins I don't think they re really honest with the service. I talk to his wife before the appointment, please make sure let me know how much is cost before fix it because I won't be able to be there at the time of service. They never call. They re wait over price & not honest with the job. I don't recommend their business.

I have used Polsgrove Plumbing for a garbage disposal, running a gas line and even faucet upgrades. I have always had fast professional service at a fair price. Their work is clean and they are respectful of your property, They wore shoe covers when entering the house and cleaned up everything before they left. They were courteous and I have recommended them to friends and family.

Had a bad experience with another plumbing company who charged an arm and a leg to replace a toilet.

I decided to call Polsgrove Plumbing to see what they charged to replace my other toilet. I called and they came out the same day! The plumber said my toilet was still in good shape and he just needed to put new parts inside. They had the parts in their truck. They were prompt, honest, courteous, knowledgeable and much cheaper that the other company. They did very good work and were very reasonable!! I will continue to use this company for All my plumbing needs!
