I got 2 professional estimates to changed the pipes from my washing machine because the pipes were too small. Both estimates were close to $10,000 because they wanted to break through my concrete floor. Another estimate was for $600 to blow out the clogged pipes with no guarantee. Polo blew out the pipes for the cost of one visit and I never had another problem. Just used them again for something else and it was the cost of one visit. Changed a thermostat too and was fast and easy. Professional, fast and really pleasant workers and staff! Thanks!

How many good things can I say about Polo Plumbing? The office staff is over the top helpful (troubleshooting with me before booking an appointment to make sure I'm in the right place), the techs are friendly and knowledgeable, tidy and conscientious workers, and I always get an explanation as to what has been done - super refreshing to feel respected and valued when so many other companies don't take that time or offer the courtesy of making sure the homeowner knows what's happening on their property. My family has been using polo plumbing for years. When I bought my first home when I saw my dishwasher backing up into the sink the natural choice was to call polo plumbing. They came and figured out that the entire thing was plumbed wrong. They also cleared a huge clog in the kitchen sink and the sink upstairs. They were there ON TIME and were affordable. They are coming back in the fall to winterize my house as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My mother had used this company a month ago and was very pleased with their personnel and work. When i had a leak from my master bath into my Kitchen ceiling last week (4th of July morning), my mother said to call Polo Plumbing. I called them the very next day to get someone here to check it out. The women i spoke with said they wouldn't be able to send someone until early next week, but said it may just be a caulking issue with my shower. She gave me a couple of different easy tests to see where the leak was coming from that their plumber would have to perform anyway. She said ""i don't want to send someone and charge you for something that may be a simple DIY caulk for $5"". After trying all of her recommended tests, it turned out to be a simple missing of caulk around the drain.

It's not often that you come across an honest, helpful and caring business. I was ready to have someone come here and they convinced me to make sure it wasn't something i could do myself. I HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone looking for a great plumbing company.

I used Polo plumbing for a new water heater. They are licensed and gave a competitive price for the job. All in all they did a fantastic job with the install. The entire crew were very professional and polite and a pleasure to deal with. They were also very clean and laid tarps down on the floor to protect my home. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend.

The master plumber and his team were Professional, polite, clean and I felt comfortable while they were redoing broken pipes in my bathroom. The receptionist was as polite as could be and did her best to answer every call in a timely matter. Polo Plumbing is Licensed & insured as well

They're doing an okay job in hooking up my whole house water filter but they cannot reply my calls in a timely manner and delay the refund for the water pump after weeks I've returned the pump to them since my whole house filter does not need it.
