Pathetic service. Have problem with water heater since 3 days, no resolution provided. When you check for the status, you get responses saying that our employer didn't update us your situation. They are least bothered about the problem that we were living without hot water for days, no courtesy, no professionalism, all they argue is I am not the plumber and if you have already spoken with the plumber then we cannot do anything. Plumber says (after 3 days ) We cannot resolve this talk to manufacturer. If i have to talk to manufacturer then why should u buy it from you? Why did you waste 4 days ? And above all this people at the reception say I don't want to argue with you. T
