Polo and his team are great. We've just moved to Phoenix and bought a renovated 50s ranch near the Biltmore. When we purchased the house, the initial inspection revealed a significant list of issues. The contractor stood by their work and fixed everything, but it left us a bit leary. So we weren't totally surprised when, 1 week after we moved it, the dishwasher backed up into the sink and the waste from the disposal bubbled into the MBR shower. The contractor sent Polo Plumbing in to fix it. Polo - the owners first name - was really easy and professional to work with. He set a time to arrive and if late called to let us know. He kept us up to date on what he was doing and tried to explain - we know little - what he found positive and negative. He was really clean about his work. And tried many things until he finally got the blockage blown out - literally - with high water pressure. Can't comment on cost, as the contractor paid for all this. But we will definitely call him again if we have problems.
