Have had 2 problems fixed. Moved into home earlier in the year and house is very old. Had main drain backed up so set up an appointment to get it looked at. Once here, we found that the best solution was to clean and descale the main line. This was done over a couple hours and haven't had an issue with backup since. During inspection was informed that the main water shut-off was broken. This was an issue I had a couple other plumbers check and they were referencing a pipe that goes to the sprinkler system so I trust Jacek intuition and insight. Affordable pricing and very knowledgeable. Will layout best solutions and allow you to select which method to go with that what fits budget.

I used Jack at seperate occations finding and repair leak, replacing warm/cold water box behind washer and replacing leaking valves under cabinet. Each time he has been fast to respond. Very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure you are informed and happy. On top of that he is very fairly priced and guarantees his job. I have had some bad experiences with contractors in the past and is thrilled to have found a great one. He responded to my job request on Thumbtack and is now our go to plumber and I would highly reccomend him to friends, family or anyone in need of a good honest plumber.

The technician was on time and responsive to all my phone calls. He fixed my garbage disposal and some parts in the back of my toilet tank.
