I had a problem with my toilet called 2 plumbers I've known for years and they didn't get back to me so I went on Yelp and checked out the responses. I saw that Polizzotti had many good responses so I called them they got back to me within the hour came out the next day and fixed it works great now. A young man named Izzy was the Plumber very friendly and knowledgeable was a pleasure to do business with!!!!!!!!

I hired Steve in November 2020. He told me it would take 6-8 weeks to finish the job to first inspection. He is a great guy and seemed to know what he was doing but now 7 months later we are no where near inspection and he continues to make weekly promises and breaks everyone of them. Horrible communication from him. The town inspector said he would fire him but he has so much of my money and there is nothing they can do. He has given me every excuse you possibly could give but he has a team that can work. All I can do is let people know how bad of a business he runs and try to save you the same pain and aggravation he has caused my family from all the broken promises and excuses. Just beware of Steve and find someone else for your plumbing needs.

Our hot water system suddenly stopped producing hot water. I contacted Polizzotti Plumbing and Heating, and within an hour, Steven had a member of his team out to my house to diagnose the problem. Steven and his team were fast, professional, and very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Polizzotti Plumbing and Heating to anyone for their emergency and routine plumbing maintenance of their home.

Terrible!!! I would not recommend this business, 0 rating. Asked for quote, got 3 quotes for different options, chose option and scheduled appointment. Week later said he had to reschedule, rescheduled appointment then on day of appointment got a call and was told that he had to reschedule again. Come on! Have not heard back!!!!
Ridiculous!!!! How do you do business like this!

I had an issue with my gas line for my gas stove called several other plumbers on here to no avail. Steve called back said he'd be at my house between 1pm and 2pm he actually showed up 15 minutes early and did a great job. I can't thank him enough a true professional. I highly recommend him.

I had called several plumbers before speaking with Steve. He called me back within an hour. I found him to be very friendly and professional. Although I did not meet him face to face he showed up on time and sent his report promptly. His availability and pricing was very competitive compared to others I had spoken with. We will definitely be using him for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Since moving into my house this past year, Steve has replaced my garbage disposal and kitchen faucet, re-plumbed my kitchen sink, re-routed a HVAC condensate pump drainage line to keep it from freezing & flooding my basement, and unclogged a slow-to-drain sink.

But while he's been a huge help this past year, he truly went above & beyond last week when I called him for an emergency service call. I was changing the water panel in my humidifier & checking that the lines and filters were clear when I ran into some issues with the supply line.

It probably hadn't been serviced in the ten years since it was installed, and when I went to shut off the water to check the lines, the valve started spurting water everywhere. Turns out the valve installed was a "" saddle valve,"" which Steve pointed out was illegal to use in the state of Massachusetts. The valve had dry-rotted & when I went to shut it off, unfortunately broke the seal.

With water pouring from the valve, I called Steve, who gave me instructions on how to stop the water and came out within the hour. He replaced the valve with one that meets Massachusetts plumbing code, and while he was there, also pointed out some other heat efficiency gains I could get with retaping portions of my ductwork.

Apart from taking care of what I needed every time he came out, a more-than-reasonable invoice followed. Yet what I've recounted above barely scratches the surface of what Steve is capable of.

From rough to finish, he's a capable professional who I have - and will continue to - recommend to all of my family and friends.
