Emil installed whole house water softener and RO system at my place. He is extremely professional & very helpful. I didnt want to spend 4k - 5k$ installing expensive Water Softeners(Kinetico, Culligan etc) but had a bit of difficulty understanding all the pros/cons of different systems available on the market. Emil was very responsive & responded to thousands of my queries at any time of the day. Finally I ended up buying a Fleck 5600sxt with carbon upflow system. Emil installed the entire system (2 tank Water Softener + RO system) with top notch quality. If it was possible I would have given Emil 5+ stars.

I recently moved and I needed to have my gas dryer hooked up. There was a gas line but it was capped off. I contacted Mr. Polis with Polis Plumbing and he was able to fit me in on the same day of my call and I was hooked up within 45 minutes. I needed a water softener installed and got a fair number of quotes, a lot of other plumbers gave a lot of excuses to overcharge, proposed complicated piping for waste water and even complained about my choice of product (Tier1 Water Softener - cheaper Amazon product). But Emil was great, he was honest and explained all softeners are similar and even though my model was different he said he'd figure it out. He was straight to the point on the quote and gave me a solution for less than anyone else. Took him less than 4 hours and have had it running a month now with no issues, highly recommended.

Had Polis Plumbing come out to re-mount a toilet and had an excellent experience with Emil, so glad we called! Emil was prompt, his estimate was totally within reason and competitive, and he did the job quickly and it's now mounted and sealed better than when the job was done originally a few years ago. He then came back the next day because toilet wasn't flushing well, and took care of that immediately and at no charge. He also checked in after everything was done to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Next time we have a plumbing issue, I will make one call, to Emil. Highly recommend Emil and Polis Plumbing without hesitation!
