Nice people, excellent work at a fair price.

I suspected that I had a water leak outside my house. It sounded like either a toilet was running or someone was taking a shower. But nothing was going on. When I turned off the water to my house, I could still hear the water run. I contacted the Village of Lindenhurst and they confirmed there was a water pipe leak in my front yard.

I received competitive bids. Poli was by far the lowest bid. In the course of doing the work, they found that the sewer connection was also damaged and repaired that as well.

The work was excellent. They handled getting the permit and meeting with the village inspector. They ensured that all the problems were addressed. To get to the pipes, they needed to disrupt my rock garden and had to disconnect my underground black 4"" gutter drain pipe. When they finished their work, they repaired that pipe and put the rock garden back as if nothing happened. Inside the house, they left no trace of repairing the water and sewer pipe. I'll add that the people were very pleasant to work with and every good with follow-up. I'm sorry to have to spend the money on a major, unexpected repair. But overall I couldn't be more pleased.

I highly recommend that you consider including Poli when putting your project out for competitive bids.
