We have been on a service contract for a number of years. Last spring we had them come out and take a look at our AC unit. The tech that came out said it was unsafe, and the box needed to be replaced. I wanted a second opinion, and had the issue fixed for less than half the price.

Last week they came out to inspect our furnace. We were told that the unit was unsafe, and the tech would not turn it back on, my wife signed a waiver, and she turned the furnace back on. The next day we had another company come out for a second opinion , and they could find absolutely nothing wrong with the furnace. And some of the items that should have been checked whenever checked.

I will never work with this company again. They are a bunch of crooks.

Worst company unreliable. They make things worse and keep you waiting all day, for nothing. There are way better options. Dani the manager is the worst. Sergio the ""plumber"" shut down the city water valve causing my pipes to freeze and be shutdown for 3 days. Worst place.

I have two jobs done by Polestar and been completely satisfied. The techs were friendly and helpful. Did the jobs on time. The rates were very fair and reasonable. I will most definitely use them again. Also I recommend them.

I never write a review, but it must be done. Polestar was the best for our family.

Our a/c busted before family was coming to visit in August and we'd contacted another popular company for help (KB complete), but they weren't cooperative with a home warranty policy like polestar. Ross and his install team were amazing and finished the job within 48 hours (because of our schedule - they would have been faster).

They were excellent. A/C ran perfectly after, they worked with us with the warranty, and the install team was professional, efficient, considerate and thorough.

Happily recommend them to my family and friends.

I am beyond impressed and I sell real estate and deal with home repair companies for my clients all the time. For starters, my air conditioner broke down at 9:30PM on a Thursday night. A lot of companies say they're open 24 hours but I called six before I called Polestar and they were the only ones that answered the phone at 9:30 at night. They not only scheduled an appointment for the next day but they gave me the first slot open in the morning. The next day they were on time with a courtesy called 20 minutes before they arrived. The technician that came was extremely thorough and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He explained everything and took pictures and actually sent the pictures to me as well for my personal record. He explained the safety concerns and the recommendations for what he would do. After discussing the options we decided to replace the entire air conditioner and furnace (ours was the original from 1991). Not only was it going to be a peace of mind but it was going to be a tax write off and the deals that they offered for financing cannot be beat. Every single person involved was professional and explain every single detail you didn't feel like you were being pushed into something you didn't want to do. Not only did we not wait for any parts they had everything we needed in stock and they installed the next day less than 24 hours after the air conditioner broke down. The technicians and people that installed the actual furnace and air conditioner were absolutely fantastic. I know I'm gonna miss a few names but I know there was James Jacob, Xavier, Mark, Larry, kayla and the supervisor was Matthew. Speaking of Matthew the supervisor did show up halfway through the installation not only did he show up but he helped everyone here he actually installed the thermostat, made sure the guys didn't have any questions and stayed until they were finished. To say that I am impressed is an understatement these guys deserve your business, they deserve respect and they deserve a raise in my opinion. Thank you for making this so easy and so wonderful. I will definitely be referring you to my clients in the future and I hope people that read this review will listen and hire you as well

do not use this company. They are crooks and hire technicians that lacy basic skills to evaluate or complete work. They gave me a recommended work list that didn't even make since. charging 1000 to replace ac contactor, capacity, and blower motor (which my ac unit doesn't have). 3000 for a new a coil, with an additional 300 charge for a leak test. Recommended a new Furnace because supposedly this blower motor was out too. These are thieves.

I wouldn't recommend Plumbing services. They came at my home to fix frozen pipes and they start doing the service before give us any estimates. They burned my trim faucet and left my house saying the pipes were not frozen anymore but my faucet would need a new piece to work again. They charged us $285 for defrosting the ice and told us that would return 2 days after to fix the rest. 4 days after the temperatures outside got warmer and guess what? My shower was working again without any repair. The pipes weren't defrost by them and they never came back to fix my trim faucet. I called to the manager twice to ask my money back and they just don't want to solve this issue. Take my advice. Don't take their service. The worst customer management.
