This place is incredible! They have came to our house after hours to fix what was needed because we had a newborn in the home and had to have AC. Another time an error happened in a repair that was completed and they came and fixed it right away! Everyone from the receptionist, to the owner Adam, to the repairmen are all extremely personable! We found Polar Bear Jack's while getting estimates for a new complete system while also adding SQ footage to our home.
We tried all the major guys but only received a estimate for required upgrade. (No follow up)
Adam Williams not only submitted his quote but explained in detail what we needed and the premium payback of the Bryant system. All top of the line equipment was used including a WiFi connection for the thermo stat. We can set our system on low while gone and turn it up on our way home from the airport all from our phone!
The system upgrades itself continuously and a email is received when a new download / upgrade as taken place.

Throughout the course of renovation, Polar bear has been accurate in their initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project.
Our project was dome with care and precision. The entire staff that we have met are gifted professionals in their ability to work around existing issues of a house of this age. (built in the 70's)

In addition, they always maintain a extremely clean and tidy workplace.
All areas were vacuumed and swept before they left for the day.

Additional runs have had to be done as the remodel continues. Adam has always treated us as we were his primary customer.

I would ""highly"" recommend Polar Bear for any of your Heating and AC needs.
