He fixed the problem and for under $100.
Cleaned up everything and made sure all the pipes were flowing properly (had a backed up kitchen drain problem, past the disposal unit).
he responded quickly to my text and was able to come over about 2-3 hours after being contacted (i told him it was not an emergency).
all good.

Based on Yelp reviews, I called Cody and he responded immediately by text. Yes, text. Efficient, professional, immediate texting. He came on time the next day. A previous plumber had told me I had needed to replace a bathroom faucet. Cody took a look at the handles, popped up the tops and tightened the screws. An honest plumber. Fixed in less than a minute. He replaced the kitchen faucet with complete professionalism. I will only use Cody in the future and I will make sure my hoa management company knows about him. Thank you for a job well done!!!

I had a blocked kitchen sink and wanted a local plumber. I checked Yelp and was impressed with the five star reviews. After the initial phone call we coordinated by texting which I appreciated as there is nothing worse than playing phone tag. Cody came at 7:00am on the day I requested and arrived on time. He was professional, friendly and cheerful. Most importantly water is once again flowing through my kitchen sink. If I have any other plumbing issues I will not hesitate to call on him.

I used Cody Polansky for a 3rd time. Grateful to have a high standard and ethical gentleman do the work at my rental property. A leaky pipe under the kitchen sink was a quick clean repair and also the kinked cold water line under the bathroom sink was repaired without using a different line. Cody knew I was going to have new ""vacationing tenants"" come in and this was an emergency for me.. Still he charged me a very reasonable price. I have several rentals and plumbing can be a major stress, but it's nice to have a reliable and ethical plumber that can subdue much of the stress. Now if only I had a carpenter and electrician I could say the same about.

Cody is the best plumber i have ever used. to start out he knows how to communicate any way that you want to communicate , either by the old fashioned telephone call or via a quick text. He is always punctual. If I ask him to be at my home at 7 am he is there at 6:50 am (or earlier, with out fail). this past call I had a leak in my kitchen sink and he told me he would squeeze me in and be over the next day and again he came to my house in time for my interested 7 am appointment time . But first he suggested I shoot him a picture of the leaking faucet and then I went to Hole Depot and got a couple of different types of faucets, all to the exact parameters of pipe thread and psi that would work for the fancy / modern faucet I wanted. I have a water purification system that my Handyman jeri- rigged with hoses hanging messily all over the kitchen sink. He figured out a way to use the soap dispenser hole and make the wires all contained.
H also installed a high end massaging shower head and checked on my bathroom sink. I am a renter and he charges my landlord for the basic work that he the does and gives me a more than fair price for the extra work that i have dine (for luxury instead of necessary leaks. All without any hassle and or complaining. And he even describes the mechanics and the ins and outs of why he chooses a particular method of fixing things.And his prices are more than fair. Lat time I was short a few dollars and he just took what I had at hand at the time of service.
And he does not show any butt cracks AND he smells fine. I would write more rave reviews of Cody but it is time for bed so that I can get up for work at 6 am.
I do trust him in my house alone and know that he will clean up better than I would and lock the door properly. I happily give Cody Polansky
a 5 + Stars Superior Rating.

I had an issue with the kitchen faucet and bathtub drain. Mr. Polansky was so easy to communicate with via text and phone and he was thorough and transparent with his assessment of what might've been contributing to my problems. He gave me a quote and recommended that I purchase a new faucet just in case I needed one but that the priority would be to save my existing one. He made this recommendation so I wouldn't incur any unnecessary costs if he had to come out again. This shows thoughtfulness and a concern for his clients. I've already recommended him to other friends and I highly recommend him. I want to add that he came early to the appointment, was prepared and finished both jobs in about an hour. I couldn't ask for a better plumber.

Such a great find on Yelp! Cody came by and repaired the toliet changed the gold fixtures to chrome and turned my gas heater, stove and hot water heater pilots all back on after the Gardner knocked out the gas. Thanks so much! I will definitely call again.
