I had an issue with the water pump on Saturday night, and called Pokorny number on the water tank. I got answering service, and Jeff called me back within 1/2 hour. (It was almost 10 p.m.) He walked me through the issue, and it was resolved, just as he explained. He called me again next morning (Sunday) to follow up and to make sure everything was running. Amazing service! Highly recommend.

There has never been a time when I've been happy enough with a company like this to write a review. Joe took a call from me on a Sunday night and arrived first thing in the morning. Within an hour and a half of his service call, he had dug down over 4 feet around my well head and fixed our problem. He was honest with his estimate and gave me detailed information as to what kind of a problem he thought we could be facing (including best and worst case scenarios with the likelihood of each). In the end, the job came in UNDER estimate, and water was restored to my home. I cannot possibly recommend this company any more highly. Even if you have been mostly happy with your well company in the past, you should consider calling these guys. There cannot be a better company out there. Fairly priced, attentive, polite, fast and honest. They have my business for life. Will recommend to everyone I know on well water. Thank you again, Joe.

FANTASTIC! It was a nice Sunday at 11AM. My well pump died. They showed up within an hour, did some electrical testing, and figured out that my well pump indeed was bad. They left and returned with a helper later that afternoon and pulled my 300' deep pump BY HAND and had me up and running within 5 hours of my original call. Great guys, fair price, (they threaten to charge extra if you watch them work, but they forget to actually add that to the bill!), no complaints. Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. I feel lucky to have found them. I chose them due to their YELP reviews. I understand that they are a 3 man company so the boss is always 'involved', and he was 1 of the 2 guys here that day. (Uncle and Nephew team). Who ever feels good about blowing a well pump? I actually feel kinda lucky to have found a plumber that I feel that I can trust!

Honestly the best service experience I have ever had. My pump blew on New Years Eve. I figured it would be impossible to get anyone out to my house on New Year's Day. I called Pokorny at 9am and they were in my driveway at 9:30 to diagnose the problem. They had a second truck over with a new pump by 11am and my water was back on by 2pm. And it is a major undertaking. Henry is terrific and helped me make other changes to my system. The whole crew is great and trustworthy. Don't go elsewhere!

Henry and his team are the best!! Truly one of the most reliable and responsive companies with honest and fair pricing...a rare find these days. They have saved us many times and never keep us waiting. If you have well water, you want them on speed dial, trust me!

Our well pump crapped out in the thick of the blizzard (Nemo)! Pokorny came recommended by a friend and we called them. They came out as soon as they were able to and replaced our pump and water tank in two days at an affordable cost. Really nice group of guys and the utmost professionals!
